Had flower beds landscapped with the removal of about 1 foot of old soil in front and rear beds with all new plants added in JUne 2022. The dirt (not soil) installed when wet has the consistency of cement . Impossible to break through this dirt without using extreme force. It is now August and I am still trying to break up the dirt. The landscape design plan was not followed as the person who brought the plants told me that some plants were not available and she made change on the day of planting. She was in a hurry to pick up her kids from school.Did receive email to call the office however the voice mail was full.Still trying to work out how to fix the dirt perhaps I should replace it with the soil that was removed.I am extremely disappointed and upset and certainly at this point do not recommend Bradbosh Landscapping

We received a call expressing concern over the soil, we immediately called the supplier to see what we could do to rectify the issue as we only install we are not an actual dirt supplier. The supplier recommended we top up the bed with 100% compost to amend the soil. We called back the customer the same day and insured her we would make it right. We have used the same soil supplier for 20 years on hundreds of projects without issue. We aim to keep our customers happy this is why we are adding a far more expensive product to rectify the situation with no expense to the customer. As for the plant changes we are only able to install what we can get supplied.Review from P.E.F. K

This company is terribly disruptive and they bully citizens with their snow blowing machines. They began blowing snow with these terribly loud machines at 4:20am on a Sunday. I went outside to ask them why they would do this in the middle of a residential area downtown with over 300 apartments around them ON A SUNDAY. They young man told me they have a right to do their work whenever they want within 24 hours of snowfall and that if I have a problem to call the number on the vehicle. I did. I complained. So they came back again around 6:30am and then at about 3:45am Monday morning. For the next two weeks, I woke up to this company outside my window. I took some video so that it can be seen how loud these machines are and how early they set them off outside my window.They are a terribly entitled company that likes to show their power when challenged.Bradbosh Lawn Services Inc. While we understand and sympathize with the individual about the noise at early morning hours, snow removal is deemed an essential service focused on the importance of public safety. As such the *************** has a noise exemption policy that lifts all noise restrictions by-laws for using such equipment for 48 hours after the snowfall to clear walkways for safety and accessibility. While we try our best not to disrupt the public and would also prefer to be doing the snow removal later, unfortunately downtown areas are a mix of commercial, government and residential properties. We have contractual and legal obligations to clear these specific properties downtown before 7AM and not complying with the mandated clearing times would put us in breach of our contracts, risks the safety of the general public and leaves us open to law suits.
