On **** *** ****, I locked my keys in the truck & called SOS 24/7 Locksmith for assistance (inner city/during reg bus. hours). Cash was confirmed as an accepted form as that was all I had. Cost wasn't discussed (I mistakenly thought it couldn't be much more than what I previously paid another *** for a similar incident). He arrived within minutes in a personal, unmarked car & took only 30 seconds to get into the truck, then demanded ***** I asked him why it was so expensive and all he would say was he was being paid by the hour, he waived the service call fee, and he just charged the previous two clients **** (** ****** ** **** ** **** ***** ****** **** ******* *** ******). I paid and was promised a receipt but have since been hung up on, ignored and generally stonewalled at any attempt I've made. I called ************ later and the tech answered, mistaking me for another client call. When I told him I was already helped but needed to know how to obtain a receipt, he hung up on me. I called ************ and spoke to the admin (****) who took my email address and said she'd email it. The next day I called back after I didn't receive it. She told me she sent it so then I asked her to text me so I could text her my email address to ensure it was correct. Again I didn't receive it, so I emailed ************************************* from their website 2x but heard nothing. On **** ****, I texted **** telling her that if I didn't get a receipt, I would lodge a complaint. I received response asking me to "kindly provide an email address" and "Have a great day". No receipt was provided after six separate requests. My final msg was that I would file a complaint which went unanswered. While there was civility between the both of us, at no time did she follow up with me or even appear to care that this situation was rectified* * ******* ****** *** ***** *** *** ******* * ** *** ******** *** ***** ** **** **** * ******** ******** *** ***** ***** ******** ** ** *** ** ***** ***** *******
