I am 100% satisfied With Dedicated Roofing & Exteriors. Everything was easy, from quotes to the explanation of what and how the work is done. Once I decided on a colour within a week (late November) they where already at work replacing my shingles, the whole staff was polite and professional, and on the final inspection the owner of the company contacted me about doing some additional work to make sure it was perfect. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to do exterior work on their home.Review from Gloria B

We are 100% satisfied with The work Dedicated Roofing did for us regarding the hail damage we received to our home. They kept us updated as the work progressed and when the job was completed the owner called to do a full inspection of all work done and the cleanup. Dedicated Roofing replaced my roof and siding on my home in late Sept - early Oct 2023, that had sustained hail damage earlier this year. I was quoted competitive pricing from their salesman ****, who was very detailed and accommodating with any questions I had on the class of shingles and siding, and if he didn't know the answer, he would get back to me at a later date. Both the roof and siding crew were very professional and efficient. The roof was finished in one day and the siding in 3 days. When they were done, they did a great job cleaning up. I saw ***** at my home checking up on the work and crew for several days and he even came back to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and if I had any questions or issues. I brought up an issue on my siding that was a manufacturer issue but ***** made sure that it was fixed and not forgotten. ***** was very good and patient with all the questions I had. The price that was quoted, was the price that I paid. Overall, I felt that ***** and **** were honest, upfront, and cared that their customers were getting quality materials, and workmanship. I highly recommend Dedicated and would not hesitate to use them again!Review from Percy H

I had to have work done on my home to replace the eavestrough, and fascia. I struggled to find a company willing to respond to provide an intelligible quote. Dedicated Roofing came out in a timely manner and gave me a fair estimate and additionally identified some small issues with my roof that needed attention. It is clear that they were not trying to upsell, but that their advice came from the perspective of putting the customer's best interest first. Inspection was provided to ensure the work was done to a high standard before payment was expected. This company is DEDICATED to serving the customer, and not just in name only. Excellent workmanship, great advice, and integrity. I really appreciated working with ***** and ****, great communicators. These guys are energetic, honest, hard working and left me a very happy customer. They are a model company and without reservation, I strongly recommend them to anyone having roofing or exterior needs. 6 stars out of 5! ************Review from Aenoi R

I called my insurance company recently for hail damage. They gave me 4 repair companies name to call for an assessment. 1 said they didnt have the time. 2 of them I got voice mail. And the 4th one said they would talk to management for an exception to take us on but never called me back. Meanwhile Dedicated ******************************* was out in our neighborhood knocking on doors and leaving their contact informations. I called them and they came out the next day to do the inspection and then provided the assessment the next day. Wow, I was impressed! Had a great experience with ***** and ****. They were very professional, prompt and punctual. They explained the different types of shingles we could select from and walked us through the entire process. The team did a great job at cleaning up the area afterwards. Affordable and no hidden costs. Beyond satisfied with their work and reliable services!
