I took my roomba mopping device to be repaired on June 13th. I paid 35$ for a technician to look at the device to see if it can be fixed. I had a missed call on June 17th. I called back Wednesday July 3rd to follow up on the device. I was told the device had been thrown in the garbage. The owner claimed he had spoken to me already and I had told him to throw it out. He insisted that he remembered speaking to me because I have a Toronto area code. He clearly had called the wrong client or has mixed up my device with another. I was told it was already thrown out.Business response

We took care of the customer and issued them a $100 store credit, they are happy with our offer and purchased another vacuum from us. We offered additional discount for the product on top of the store credit. The issue has been resolved.
