i have ordered a replacement Patio Door and sent a deposit Been told of * different delivery dates most currently that it would arrive in ******* Oct * and i should advise of an installation date. I responded to their email to which i have received no response - Tried calling their office - Voicemail - left a message - no call back Received an email stating that their phone was having issues and they left an alternate number which i have called and also answered by voicemail.Customer response

They called me to advise that they are extremely busy and will be following up in the next * days to finalize an installation date
