Jun15 ADRHome Services Ltd, sent a serviceman to fix our 6 year old Samsung Refrigerator, not cooling. He quoted the repair at approx $600 (I paid $606 in total). We agreed to the 90 Parts and Labour warranty and signed the service invoice. He changed a part and left. On Jul 06, only 3 weeks later, I called them back advising the fridge was doing the same thing, not cooling. They sent the same serviceman back on Saturday Jul08, he opened the fridge, said yup its broken and told us he would call us on Monday or Tuesday Jul10 or 11. He did not. I called the company on Jul12 and was advised they would not fix it and would only reimburse half because the serviceman still had to be paid and that was on me. I told him 90 days parts and Labour, as per signed agreement. he said no. I argued, he got very abrupt told me he was not getting into it with me and he would call me back once he looked up my paperwork. He did not. Later that same day I called their accounting Dept and was advised I could not speak to anyone and someone would call me back Jul13. I did get a call from *** in Issue resolution at 8 am from ************, she advised they were only willing to reimburse $303. I argued, breach of a signed contract . She was abrupt and said she would look into it further and call back later in the day. She did not. She did not call the next day either Jul14. Jul 17 I called her back on the 888 number she had called me from and was told I had the wrong number. I explained I was using the same # she called me from. I was put on hold and then advised *** was not in and they don't know when she was comming back and they would have someone else call me. They did not. My husband then called, but gave them no info on our issue, asked for *** and was told she would he back Jul18. I will continue to call everyday from now on until I get resolution. However, after 2 weeks with no fridge, we had to go buy a new one.

I've found the company online without pay much attention on the name. As they mentioned to be open 24/7 (which sounds usual after all) I called them to have a technician to come and see why my dryer did not producing heat anymore. On technician came on 21 March 2022 and says the thermostat was broken and need to be replaced. The part would be delivered within 2 weeks. He needed a deposit of 200$ and the basic 75$ of labour would be waived (that's a trick here). So I naively tapped my credit card on the Square machine and never heard of them. After two weeks I called them and I asked questions about their business. The "secretary" referred me to the manager. I try to email them through the quote section of their website and never had any reply. I started to have doubts for many reasons *** ***** ** ***** ** * ** ** ** * ****: (1) Their website looks professional, but there is no way to contact them other then by phone, so it leaves no traces ************************************** (2) ***** ** ** *** ** ****** *** ****** ****** ** ****** *** (3) It's impossible to contact the manager since his voicemail is full of have feedback (4) The technician came with no badge, no company car, nothing that gives a sign of a connection with a company whatsoever (5) The "secretary" was not able to provide me the exact address of the company, nor the website, she talked about a vague ******** page which. (6) All I have a tiny Square receipt with the amont of 200$. No detailed invoice was produces nor emailed (labour, estimation, part price, etc.) (7) The receipt says "*** **** ********", the ******** page says otherwise, my credit information says "Junior Appliances" and their website has another name. The company committed to order the part and come to repair the dryer. They never did yet. The nature of the dispute is based on the fact that the service was not deliver and the company provides no feedback and still has my 200$.
