We ordered expensive entry doors in the spring. A junior salesman helped us with the order, and did the measurements without a technician or installer to verify his measurements. The doors finally arrived in late September, after we had already paid half of the purchase price in advance. There was concern that the doors wouldnt fit. I discovered that the final payment was placed on my credit card without my knowledge before I had seen the final product or the installation of our new doors. I have no problem paying the full price for my doors, though the the installers work was excellent, the job is not complete as one of the doors is not trimmed out due to bad measurements.Multiple calls for completion of the work have accomplished nothing.Please advise me about the legality of the company taking a final payment off my **** without my knowledge before I had seen the final product installed. Should I ask for a refund until they finish the job?
