On October 31, 2023 I paid for a ******* washer /dryer for delivery/installation from EZ Appliances. The two servicemen did not remove shoes. My carpet was badly soiled. I tried contacting owner - ***** - who was not available. His phone was on "Call Forward" to another employee. When I called, at least three times, the message box was full. I had to resort to texting back and forth with *****. Prior to delivery, ***** indicated that cash was preferable/ he would give me a hard copy invoice and 90 day warranty. I paid the cash, but to date, have no receipt/ invoice despite phone calls to request this. He (*****) will not accept a call, it appears, as his phone has been on call forward each time I've tried to contact the company. I have spoken with *****, who has said he will have to speak with *****. No attempt has been made on their part to resolve the problem. I had Swift Maids come in to clean the area that was soiled that very day of the delivery.
