I hired you to replace the rocker Arms on my 2013 *** with 3.6 ********* motor.You charged me $100 to diagnose a Rocker Arm "tick".You said you called **** **** parts on Airport Road and were surprised that they would cost $350. You said you ordered them and they would be in on Saturday October 21, 2023.I delivered the truck to you at 9:30 AM October 21, 2023, and paid you another $350.At 2:pm Saturday you called my wife ******* and said there was another problem with the truck but you would fix it.On Sunday I went to the bank and took out another $350 after you called at 1:49PM .When I arrived around 2PM I saw that you had detailed the engine compartment and changed the oil.You then showed me a picture of 2 cylinders of an engine block that had antifreeze sitting in them and told me you had replaced the sleeves on the cylinders.I then asked to see the Rocker Arms that you had replaced and you said you had a scrap dealer come and take them away. I paid you another $350 which brought the total to$800.After I left I called you and asked about a copy of the receipt for the parts you bought. You said you were going out and I could get it in the morning.I arrived at your house at 9:30 AM on the 23rd of October. You had no receipt and said you would get it later in the day. I then went to ******** Parts and was told that ***** never ordered any parts and in fact they did not even carry Rocker arms for that truck.I went back to your house and you then said you got the parts from *** auto parts in ******. The parts man at **** said you needed aMachine shop to replace sleeves in a motor.You said you had someone come and put them in. I asked for his name and number and you said that was confidential information and you would not tell me.
