I bought a 2005 ********* ****** from Voltz Auto and signed the papers on September 27th and i said that the condition for me buying the vehicle was that the e brake needed to be replaced before i bought it as it would roll backwards on a very tiny hill outside their front door. They said no problem, I would just have to wait for parts, so i did. October 4th is when i picked up the vehicle. They said everything was good and they made the repairs. the mechanic even "confirmed the repairs" as he walked into the showroom. They also told me they did the brakes, all 4 of them, for "free" and those were all good too. Said the rust wasn't a huge issue, only on the body, i was aware of the rust on the body panels. The ebrake worked that night but the next day it was rolling and I have to put the vehicle in first gear to prevent rolling as the ebrake does not work. Because it does not work, I took it into a different shop for in inspection and the shop, ***** **** *********** told me that the lines were super rusted and and e brake lines were not done and the brakes were not done as well. the brakes are sticking and need to be replaces and well as the e brake lines asap, and i was quoted $1,200-$1,500 for just the brake lines. Not including all the other repairs needed to make it road safe. They also did not tell me how bad the rust actually was, the entire frame is super rusted and needs to be replaced if not completely scraped. I included the papers of sale, the info from the inspection and photo of the rust the shop sent me and the texts from the mechanicBusiness response

Customer was issued a refund as soon as she called us about her issues car was returned I guess she did not notify BBB We were not even aware that she contacted you until November 15th when BBB called us.
