      Either its growing pains or ineptness either way I dont recommend Style moving. Their focus is to reel customers in rather to provide excellent service and communication throughout your move. I hope with time they can improve on their very glaring weaknesses as a business. My experience with them was frustrating and time consuming which, when youre moving, is the last thing you need to be doing. Calling, emailing, getting no response when you have a question or concerns I literally had to raise my voice and threaten to go down to their office with a lawyer before I was able to speak to someone (****) who could help me. Ive used other more established moving companies in the past and been very satisfied. Style May save money up front but isnt worth all the headaches that go with them.

      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!~!!~~! ... They took a deposit without informing me that it's not refundable EVEN when I told them i was not sure if our house would sold... or sure about the date... They should have advised me based on the information I was sharing with them. They were just pressuring me about reserving the date I spent a lot of time arguing on the phone to get a refund they COMPLETELY refused justifying it was writing on the email they sent AFTER they took the deposit The sales person (****) did not have many arguments to keep our money and the supervisor was absolutely RUDE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

      Absolutely disgusting company. They lost our brand new couch cushion, brand new camping gear including our tent and 4 fold up chairs. Our daughters very nice dresser is being held by tape, even the mover on said it looks like its being held by tape and to contact the company.They told me to fill out a complaint with the $ amount total loss or damage then replied sorry they lost it and that they are not responsible for it. It makes me wonder if they stole our new camping gear for themselves. Our family is without a couch and dresser for our kid!

      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER ... THEY ARE NOW HOLDING MY STUFF HOSTAGE AFTER CHANGING THE PRICE. CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF THEM AND THEN THEY IGNORE MESSAGES. THEY LIE AND OVER CHARGE AND IM SURE MY STUFF IS DESTROYED BY NOW. AND THEN THEY JUST DECIDED TO CHARGE ME 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF WHAT THEY SAID I COULD HAVE PUT A DEPOSIT ON A NEW HOUSE FOR WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING ME AND MOVED MYSELF 5 TIMES.

      NEVER use this company to move, they overcharge and once they pick up your stuff they will hold it hostage until you have paid their amount. Next to impossible to get a response from them. They just keep passing the buck to someone else. Then they will only send it once they have a JAM PACKED semi with a full load going to your destination. You will never get a confirmed moving date so you can plan ahead for some help. I had heart surgery and desperately need help. 12 days after my supposed delivery date they show up. Said the first truck was full. They caused me so stress. 1. They accept credit card for initial $200 then wont accept cc for final bill. They said no its company policy. Do your research on cc coverage and you’ll know why! 2. As per contract, final billing will be based on actual weight. As are the fuel and taxes charge. As is a bill of lading with attached certified weight scale ticket. In which they charged me for. 3. Contract was for 3000 lbs (move from Vernon BC to Saskatoon) but was told numerous times don’t worry about the quote/contract as final invoice was based on weight. 4. They state that they provide Inventory list with color coded tags and condition report of each item. I asked the mover for the inventory list and he wouldn’t provide it. I knew things were missing. 5. Items missing and broken. I wrote the missing items on my bill that the driver took with him. No response from Stye. When I told Style about it they sent me a form to fill out with a $350 deductible. They lost my stuff and now I need to pay more. Again, were is my inventory list, any accountability on their end? Moving is an unregulated service, you have no recourse but to spend more money and hire a lawyer. It is this company’s Style, ** ***, have no integrity, compassion or customer care in what should be an easy service. It’s your belongings! I could go on and on but my there is a limit of characters on this page.

      Avoid this moving company.Very bad customer services.They do not help you at all.I booked 3 weeks ahead for an early pick up at 9 am and they showed up 10 hours later.When I booked, the booking agent confirmed that I will have an early pick up. They lied to me. I waited all day (10 Hours) They showed up after 7 pm that day. When speaking with customer services to get them to pick up my stuff sooner, they refused to help me.Very poor customer services

      Never ever use this company for move , its all **** they will charge you over the original price and once they pick your stuff up and will deliver only when you pay them full overpriced amount which will be $600-700 extra , they will try to include such different cost to increase the price , stuff is mishandled and missing Please be aware of ****

      Gave us a quote and pick up time. They picked up our items then we were unable to get a hold of anyone at the business for 2 days. When we finally got in contact, we learned that the truck had not been dispatched to our destination. Instead it went to Vancouver where our quote was significantly increased and they will not dispatch the truck without full payment. I feel like we have been scammed with an attractive quote and many hidden fees. We are trying to move into our new house and have no belongings to make it livable with no eta as to when we will be receiving our items. Very poor business ethic. They do not accept a credit card as payment which leaves me to believe they have had many unsatisfied customers even though they asked for credit card information for payment when setting up the move. Very disappointed.

      Absulotely terrible. I wish I had read these reviews before booking these guys. Its been 10 days missing item/ broken item & no reply from anyone, no movement on the monetary claim. I dont know how a moving company can loose a box spring for mattress. *************** is great until he secures your business. ****** keeps saying she is just a clerk. Only thing they want to make sure is to take all your money.
