This issue was resolved. The following email went to the customer. ** **** ******** *** ********** ** *** *******
"Hello Gail
We are so sorry if there was a misunderstanding. This is to confirm that as per your request, the order ************** was fully refunded on December 6th.
If you still have not received this refund back on your card ****** ** ***** please let us know. I know the auto email of your cancelled order was very confusing and our apologies for that, and we are working with our IT team to correct it.
