  On Nove 3 *****, I took my vehicle in to what inTHOGUUH was a reputable garage. I was told(& knew) I needed new front rotors,brake pads and calipers I never checked the work after as I trusted these guys)never had issues before) butctodaywhen I went to change a tore I noticed that my same old bad rusted out calipers are one. He quoted me $700 and it cost me $827 and NO NEW CALIPERS WERE PUT ON. so this guy straight stols says $256(before tax) for these so called calipers plus whatever time he chargede for. The one on the passenger side also isn't changed so this guy straight stole $300+ from me things ng I wouldn't notice (i work on my own cars but the cold and lack of tools. There is NO WAY a pair of rotors and pads should cost $827!(half my y bday /xmas $$ ripped off) I am going to see him tomorrow first thing and record what happens,and I will take this to small claims court and tell everyone around how untrustworthy and disgusting this garage has become. They didn't to me and he Knows I know about vehicles. How many THOUSANDS did he take from people that never noticed throughout the yrs. It's disgusting,needs to be known,and I'm getting my $$ (or the work while I watch) back asap. Also working on ahitiing down a business where he obviously DOES NOT CARE ANYMORE( guessing he's retiring soon) & this needs to be investigated I'm sure the *** would be interested in this as well. If we cannot work it out tomorrow morning civilynand respectfully,what **** next Steps besides ** posts telling what happened,and start a small claims report. Appeerently he has done this to a lotmofnpeople in the last little while .I'm not having my ONE PRESENST I get a yr stolen from someone who lies ,steals and obviously doesn't care. Not even sure if his work is up to par after this. Scary. Thank you.

  Enclosed are the invoices that were supplied on your vehicle.  They were bought on Nov 3/22 from ****** and the cores were returned to ****** on Nov 4/22.  "Core" means the used capliers were returned for re-building the following day.  As you can see the Caipers were purchased for a **** **** ********, your year, make and model of vehicle.  Calipers are untreated castings and after 3 months of winter driving it is normal to have a light coating of rust on the part.  This does not affect the operation of the part in any way.  On the invoice you were charged ****** for the work done, plus taxes of which I have no control over.  I have never heard from this person other than I did receive a message on my answering machine where there was definitely some woman who left an extremely agitated message that lasted longer than my recording time on the machine.  There was no phone number to respond.
