Scammer. They are only a broker, not a towing company. They charge before the actual towing company provides the service. I was overcharged and was promised a refund. Nothing happened after over 6 months of chasing. They wont reply to my emails now. AVOID!!!!! They used to have an accounting section on their phone line. Not anymore. AVOID!!!!Review from Xiao Y

I had a service this year. They said the charge is 140$ + tax but the final bill is over 200$. They emailed me my bill but I dont think they calculate correctly. So I emailed them back to give me an explanation. Nobody called/emailed me back ever.Roadplus Brokerage Response

Hi ******, we understand your frustration. As a Roadside Assistance broker, we make it clear to our customers on the charges that were made. At the beginning of each call, we quote every customer. In fact, we also mention in advance the extra costs of upgrades that are required by the towing company or technician to completely the job safely and appropriately up to code.iii. A verbatim at the end of the call is mentioned. "Any cancellation fees, additional services or change in service will apply to the final bill. iiii. If the customer agrees, we then dispatch out. Failing to hear or understand any of this is not our responsibility. iiiii. At that point, a SMS text is sent to the customer's phone number on file (unless it's a landline) that states the following below.iiiiii. Also, an e-mail is sent out automatically. that states the following below.[TTN Roadside Assistance, your service has been set up and updated. Lastly, once we are invoiced, we're able to then bill the customer appropriately if any additional charges incurred on the job by the towing company or technician. Now, after all of this, are you still proposing we are over charging you? Please remove your numerous reviews online as they are completely false and please understand the miscommunication. First, you did sent me the invoice. The invoice also includes the rate that you chargers me, the km. So I do a simple math and dont get the bill that over 200$. Second, I called your customer service. If you press 3 for your billing concern, customer can ONLY submit their concern by email. Nobody will answer your billing questions through phone. I already sent you a couple of emails and wanna get an answer how you calculate the invoice. Because from my calculation, I dont get the 200$ bill. However, up to now. Nobody responded an email to me. If I cannot get an explanation from your side, we I cannot leave a negative comments for you? You guys dont care about customers question. From my feeling, as long as you get the money, your company just kick out the customer without answering any questions for their billing.Review from Tricia D

Evidently, the worst towing company I have experienced. They didn't come to tow my car and kept my money with refusal to refund. MY car is still requiring a tow and they asked for an additional charge. This is a fraudulent system with zero empathetic customer service or acts of resolution. Stay clear of this company if you're looking for a good service.Roadplus Brokerage Response

This company is the worst one I ever seen. My uncle’s car was dead in his garage and no need any equipment. And I called them for towing service to dealership. I gave them detail information such as distance, the color of the car, the brand and so on. They quoted me between $130 to $160. We agreed with the price and they took my credit card information. After couples days. I found they took $320 from my credit card without a invoice.Roadplus Brokerage Response

I called last Thursday to have my car towed from my driveway, 7kms to the dealership. There was no extra equipment needed, my car simply didn't start, everything else was in working order for a tow. Was quoted $82 plus taxes and my card was charged $145. I have had no return calls from my messages and we still have not received the promised invoice for me to even dispute charges. I will say the tow company they contracted *** ***** ******* and the tow driver were fantastic, prompt and courteous.Roadplus Brokerage Response

If my review is a fake review sir, then why did your company bill my credit card for $145.00. I have the receipt. Also if I am not a real customer how come I have your business phone number in my records with calls lasting over 30 mins. I also have the *** text messages from your company. Instead of trying to demean, belittle or dismiss a customer complaint, why not try top make contact and make it right? Clearly you don't understand what customer service really is. I paid for my services, and all I wanted was a breakdown of why I was charged more than I was quoted. Charges happen, I get it, but as a paying customer I should have been told why. I didn't dispute the charges with my credit card company but now, thanks to your admission that I am not on file, I will. You just provided proof that I was charged for a service that you don't have a record of. Considering your company probably already paid the contracted driver, who was excellent as mentioned, the entire $145 will come back from your company I hope you have a great day.Review from Eva T

Flat tire at *** airport, saw on website price range $65-$95 the most it would be, they ended up charging me $136 with no warning. Had to keep on ********* them for a invoice that took TWO weeks to get, which I later put through to try to get reimbursed, managed to only get $50 back from ****. Felt like I was completely taken advantage of!Roadplus Brokerage Response

Beware ** ****!!! My car was never on their dolly or flatdeck while being towed, but somehow they charged me the $45.00 dollies/flatbed fees, and a fuel surcharge of $78.21, which was not mentioned while providing a quote over the phone. The original quote was $127, and they ended up charging me $264.61 for a 18km tow.Roadplus Brokerage Response
