      We have used Diamond Delivery in our past for the delivery of our oversees shipments to our local warehouse. For one of our shipments earlier this year we called Diamond for a quote. We provided all accurate details and dimensions over the phone. We were given a price around $150.00. We cannot find the original quoted amount but only have a note from our staff that it was around $150.00. Diamond delivery staff made a ******* and in error entered the wrong details. We were charged almost double. When we called in to complain we were given ***** statements. We also have video recordings when driver showed up and left. We believe the company is making ***** ****** as to what transpired. We have clearly indicated various questions for them to answer but till today we still have not received any direct answers. We are now being told that our outstanding bill will go to collections and we are being reported. This is unfair when the company made a *******. We will not stand for companies that ******** ***** ********* ******* **** ** ********* **** *** Our goal is to be charged the amount we were quoted. We have no issue paying this amount.

      I had purchased a used dough mixer for my pizzeria from Kelowna BC. I hired Diamond Delivery to deliver this mixer to my pizzeria in Chilliwack. On December 13th my mixer was picked up in Kelowna. The mixer is 800lbs and was packaged by seller. I was advised by Diamond Delivery on a phone call when I placed my order that they would only pickup the package if the item was suitably protected. I reached out to the seller and told him to insure it was properly packed or they would not pick up. The gentleman who picked up the mixer was asked if it was indeed enough to be picked up and delivered to which he agreed but was in a rush. He only attached one ratchet strap to the mixer in the truck. The seller advised him that one would not be enough due to the weight of the machine, and that he could put further protection of wood blocks to secure it if needed. However, the delivery driver said no extra measures were needed and was in a rush and left. We were told that upon pickup mixer would arrive in 2-3 days. However, when I reached out to Diamond Delivery on the 16th to find out where the mixer was, they told me it was lost and had to track down which truck it had been moved to. At that point I was told by Diamond Delivery they found the mixer and it was now in Richmond, and that it would be coming that afternoon. It did not show up that day. The following day Dec 17th, I followed up again, and was told the mixer was going to be coming from Surrey to Abbotsford, and switched on to another truck and then be delivered to me in the late evening. The mixer finally arrived around 8pm on the 17th. As myself, an employee and delivery driver moved it off the truck we realized it had been damaged. The top housing cover was broken, the faceplate broken, the cage bent, dents and scratches on the side and a missing support leg. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOC FOR FULL DETAILS
