Paid 14k plus for a brand new hot water tank a few years ago. To. Date have had many issues with it. Finally the company admitted the manufacture had given a bad product. Company says they will install another tank. But we still need to pay 3k for the labour. Since the company admits it was a bad unit we should not have to incur any costs at allBusiness response

Thanks for sharing your experience, I'm sorry to hear you unhappy with your experience with our company. We are here to work with you to find resolution and I believe we have taken steps to do so. We have had continue conversations throughout the month of May & early part of June of this year. I have spoken to you and your father ****** the home owner, over the phone and in-person at your home to discuss to the replacement out the combination boiler. I do want to clarify that your boiler is in working order and at no time did I say the boiler is bad product. We did discuss replacing your boiler and would charge $3100 plus GST for labour. At which time you and your father had made it known to me $3100 plus GST was too high. Hearing & understanding your dissatisfaction we continued with more phone conversations. After which we had another in-person meeting and went further and reduced the price to $1550 plus GST to replace the boiler.
