      Brought my ****** in on 1/21/2023 for a screen replacement due to manufacturing defect that scratched the screen. The first thing I noticed was these guys were renovating while serving customers which should be a red flag in itself as they were ripping apart the place and repainting walls. In any case against my better judgement I let them work on my ******, big mistake! First one of the employees took my ****** and asked if it turned on and when I told them it did they wiped the screen with paper towel to clean it off! They told me my ****** repair would be $188 without tax though after my mom talked to them we got it down to $150. They said would be ready on Monday since I came on the weekend. I came back On Monday at the 3:00pm (Specified time of repair.) and asked for my ****** the guy at the desk told me it would be ready in two more hours because ** hydro had just hooked up their power again. So I waited and when I came back they gave me my ****** with a temporary screen protector on. They lifted up the corner and assured me it had no scratches I said thank you and put my ****** away. When I got home and took the protective film off I noticed the ****** screen was not just scratched but it looked like the screen was dragged across a table because the screen was covered in scratches which would not be so bad if the screen itself did not have multiple dust specks under it that were very noticeable when the ****** was on. They also applied extra glue which they did sloppily because I found they had got some on the side of the on the side of the device and seeping out from the corners of the new screen I can only imagine that the dust might have come from the renovation work in the store. At this time I would like a full refund to my fathers credit card and a look into operations at the establishment.

      I have a ****** *****. When I first brought my phone to the ********* location the screen was broken with no other issues. I was charged $449.99 + tax for the repair and was given my phone back with a new screen. The vibration motor and microphone however, were not working properly. The vibration motor was not working at all and the microphone only works in certain situations. I brought my phone back as the *** was no longer working after some time. They took the phone into the back, said they opened it up. They got the vibration motor working and the *** working. However, the microphone was still not working. The next day I brought my phone back in again as the *** stopped working yet again. I was told to contact the manufacturer of the phone. I took a good look over my phone myself (without opening it up) and noticed that the back has the words "LIVE DEMO UNIT NOT FOR SALE" printed on the back glass. This raised some red flags for me as I was never told the back glass had been replaced. I took the phone back in again to get some answers. I was now told that there were no notes in my file regarding the vibration motor not working after the original repair. I was also told that the back glass may have been replaced due to them damaging it but would have been told. The person I spoke with about this issue seemed to be trying to blame me for the issue and then told me to come back and talk to someone else another day. So I am filing a BBB complaint at this point in hopes to have my phone repaired properly. I do also believe I should be compensated fairly with a partial refund for the inconvenience.

      In response to the message the original transaction and repair of my ******* ****** ***** was 07/30/2021. I brought my phone back the first time on Tuesday November 23, then again Thursday November 24. I then brought it in again on Saturday November 27.
