      I would give zero stars, if possiblewe went here for my now husband, then fiances, wedding suit. We inquired in April and was told to come **** in August closer to our October wedding. Made the appointment then and there for July to be safe . First appointment went okay, so we thought, the store *** was helpful in making the choices and showing examples. We paid and went on our way. Received the suit in early August. Completely incorrect measurements. My spouse had to make another appointment to find this out, then got remeasured and ordered the same suit with the help of the ******* GM who happened to be working there (****?). He said it was rush ordered on their dime because of the mistake, estimated arrival in 3 weeks. Its now September, well past 3 weeks and no word. Spouse tries calling and calling, no one answers so he has to make another appt to find out where his suit is. They tell him they dont know and will get back to him. We call in a few hours, still no clue. Next day confirms they ran out of the original fabric and no one contacted them to contact us. We make a 4th appt to pick out new fabrics and go the night before to streamline it. Theyre sold out of every back up fabric we picked. We had to search through stacks of folded fabric for their new line, spent over an hour in store and then they asked him to pay a second time. When we refused he said wed have to call the ******* location where the ** he spoke to worked to place the order. Note, this was the same gentleman as the first appt. Fast forward another 3 weeks, its the week before our wedding. His suit comes in and its wrong, again, exactly the same way it was the first time. Are you sensing a pattern here? We demanded a refund for the suit and went to an off the rack place for a simple black suit so he had something. No one apologized or seemed sympathetic. I tell everyone not to come here, their employees are a joke, their customer service is a joke and the price is not worth it.

      I got measured. Paid for the suit. Then, nothing was ordered for me. I called a month later to find out the status. The status was I was charged for a custom suit a month ago and my order wasnt placed. I was told by **** at the store that my order wouldnt be placed until I showed them proof I made the payment. this is not right. The point is that when you use a credit card, the store immediately knows the payment went through. Imagine booking a flight or rental car, paying ahead, and then finding out they didnt execute your order. And that they wont execute your order until you prove the payment they received a month ago. Regardless of everything else they offer, the inability to process an order and the frustration at their weird gaslighting practice isnt worth it.

      Ordered at ******* store. I live in **. They technically measured me. Suit arrived. Nothing fit. Not even close. Jacket was fixed by their tailor in MN store. Fits ok, but no where near a custom fit! Pants were reordered after remeasured in **. ***** arrived again. Worse fit than the first set. Waist fit, which should be the simplest, was missed by a long shot. I am a 34+. The pants came at a 32, if even ******************* is **** Avoid this company at all cost! This is no where near a custom fit. It is actually quite a scam! Since they will never refund.A system designed to failed. It seems purposely.

      Terrible service. Booked an appointment for 3 pm. Showed up at 2:55 pm. "We are just finishing up, it will just be a few minutes." So they said. After being ignored for a half hour, I stood up to ask my status. They offered a 4 pm appointment. I left. Really poor service.

      Booked an appointment and when showed up to the showroom at the mall the store was closed and lights off. Contacted customer service and was completely blown off saying there was nothing they could do. I asked to have a supervisor follow up with me. Instead I received an email back from the same customer service rep stating there was a "confusion" and I can rebook an appointment. I'm glad I found out about their incompetent store and service management prior to having my entire group of groomsmen use them for their suits. Looking at other reviews it is best to stay away.

      I recently placed an order with Indochino where they canceled my order due to my size, despite not having measurements within the last 16 months. The measurements taken 16 months ago were inaccurate, and I was able to find a local business to remeasure me and produce a tuxedo for my wedding. Their representative called me cancelling the order, and repeatedly told me it is ** of my size profile. To which I repeatedly said they don't have accurate measurements and if they allow me to come in for my appointment, they will see that. They kept repeating that they can't fit the order, refusing to acknowledge what I was saying. I asked to escalate to a manager and was refused multiple times. I have been awaiting a call back for quite a while. Absolutely disgusted with the level of service from a company I have supported multiple times.

      My experience with Indochino has been extremely disappointing. Despite two remakes, my custom suit still doesn't fit properly, and I'm now left without suitable attire for an upcoming wedding that I am in. The hefty price tag doesn't align with the persistent issues in tailoring. The first employee assured me they tailor in-house, but my suit, which came from *****, was incredibly oversized. I hoped they could rectify it locally. During the final fitting, I learned that the entire suit had to be remade because the specific tailoring needed wasn't done in-house. Shockingly, the initial employee forgot to save my measurements, resulting in an untailored suit sent from *****. When I suggested tailoring the pants locally and making a new jacket, I was told it wasn't possible due to potential color discrepancies. The employee also claimed it was cheaper for them to remake the entire suit, highlighting a significant discrepancy in the material and labor costs versus the overall price of the suit. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the value provided by Indochino. I would strongly caution others against choosing them for their custom suit needs. It would be more advantageous to find an in-house custom suit designer that has more control over the process. Might cost a little more, but would be worth it.

      I regretfully share my recent disillusionment with Indochino, a brand I've faithfully supported for six years. I purchased five suits during this time, but my latest encounters have compelled me to raise concerns about their quality and business ethics, specifically relating to the construction of their garments.Among the suits I've acquired, three have deeply disappointed me because of their craftsmanship. Notably, the suit jackets featured unsightly bubbles, indicative of a fused ************* rather than the superior hand-stitched approach that lends ***** and structure to well-crafted suits.This ***** contrast to Indochino's acclaimed quality and attention to detail leaves me disheartened. When I reached out to their customer support on August 9th, 2023, the response was disconcertingly dismissive. While acknowledging their use of fused canvases, they deflected blame on dry cleaners for the issues, evading responsibility.To exacerbate matters, they refused resolution, citing expired claim dates. Such a lack of customer-centricity is dismaying and runs counter to their brand image.In conclusion, Indochino's questionable practices and subpar craftsmanship have eroded my loyalty. I share my experience as a cautionary tale for potential customers and as an urge for Indochino to prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
