Used to be a decent service. Lately, appointments are constantly cancelled for no reason - often when you have already been waiting hours in the wait room as the physician is running behind. So brutal to make 4pm appointment at 11am wait for 4 am in the wait room till after 5 and then cancelled for no reason leaving me with the only option for the day as the hospital because everything else is closed. There are certain doctors on there that I am almost certain are a scam - no one has ever successfully had appointments with them. Actually detrimental if you are relying on the appointment and it gets cancelled leaving you with limited other options at the last minute. Not sure what happened to this service - in theory its a great resource - the doctors just dont honour appointments and the cancellations for no reason are super common and often AFTER the appointment was already supposed to start. Please go elsewhere if you need reliability.Review from Morgan C

*** has been the most frustrating group of providers to work with - many times my mental health appointments are canceled and it takes days to get in touch for a monthly prescription renewal. I now have had to go off my meds cold turkey because I can't get in touch with a provider within a week. The care coordinators are very little help, and there's no way to message a provider directly. Highly recommend you choose another place for your medical care.Review from Kevan H

I have never had a good experience with this company. The doctors never show up on time, some are very rude, they dont even apologize for their tardiness. *** moved to another online company that will renew my prescriptions every 3 months. Ive never called about health issues, its always been to renew my prescriptions ever. After my 5th bad experience where the doctor called me 3.5 hours past my appointment, I told the doctor to cancel the appointment and Ive moved on. I signed up with another company. So far the company Im with seem to care and show up on time. My advice, stay away from this company.Review from Alex T

Terrible service. I filled out my detailed intake form and when it was time for my appointment, the doctor said that I "clearly didn't read her description before booking my appointment" and that she couldn't provide me with a referral for my specific issue. I obviously read her description but I didn't think my issue needed a physical examination. She was very rude when I asked her why she didn't cancel my appointment ahead of time. She obviously just didn't read my form. This was doctor Dr. ******* ****** ***********. This is not my first poor experience with Tiahealth.Review from Robin H

Booked a virtual appointment for my brother, doctor was late but not by much. At the end of the appointment the doctor decided that she was going to prescribe a cough syrup for my brother that NO pharmacy in ******* stocks! And on top of that, she put the quantity of the medication at "1". Keep in mind this is a liquid medication (cough syrup). I tried to contact Tia Health by phone and I emailed them several times as well. Finally we received an email response saying that the prescription was faxed to the pharmacy again HOWEVER they did NOT rectify the original issues. We asked them to change the medication to something pharmacies would actually have and to add the quantity. They did not do either and then wanted to act like they did their jobs when in fact they did NOT. And still after 36 hours we haven't received a new PROPER prescription and my brother is extremely sick. Their "solution" was to book another appointment with the same doctor *** made this error initially rather than just having the doctor fix her issue. Literally the audacity!!!!! Extremely Disappointed with Tia Health - Avoid if You Can I had an awful experience with Tia Health. I waited for 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment, and the doctor never showed up. To add insult to injury, they marked me as a no-show! When I tried to resolve this with customer service, it was an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I submitted proof that I was on the line waiting the entire time, but despite this, there was no resolution. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me deeply disappointed. I will not be using Tia Health again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.Review from Sam C

They explicitly say they provide a skip the line, get a referral During my appointment after a 45 minute wait, the Dr clearly did not ready my intake form and said they were unable to provide a referral and I should go through my family doctor (I dont have, which is why I used this terrible service). I have emailed them 3 times and called numerous times to complain about my situation and have gotten ZERO responses in the last week. Overall, terrible.Review from sean m

Absolutly terrible they had cancelled within 10 minutes of appontment when they had over 24 hours the absolute worst now i missed a day were ic ould book with another clinic cancel this service its absolute garbage cannot give less than one star but would if i couldReview from Shayla F

Had an appointment booked 6 weeks out. Got a text the day before asking me to confirm, so I did. Later that day, while I was busy, I was sent a text 3 times asking me to fill out a form or my appt would be canceled...so the appointment got canceled on me because I wasn't available for a few hours. Absolute horseshit. There's no point trying to see someone online/over the phone anymore. I'll never use Tia health again. It's trash.Review from Dale D

Horrible, unreliable service. Twice now that they never phoned on the time they gave me. Nor did I ever get a call. Just to be clear, my time is also valuable. I wouldnt waist my time again with this service.
