I ordered medication to be shipped to me from Marks Marine Pharmacy on 12.21.2023. I was told that the process required a consultation with their pharmacist; however, due to their pharmacist not being available, I would not be able to have a consultation and they would ship the medication. I was then instructed to click on the link below and fill out our temperature-sensitive agreement that It goes over the basics of how we send all of our temperature-sensitive medications and will auto-attach to your patient profile. (see email attached). This temperaturesensitive agreement was not, as purported, to go over the basics of how medications is sent, it was an attempt to shift risk of delivery (or non-delivery) of the medication to consumer. The medication sent to me did not have a temperature issue. The issue was that it was held at customs for improper documentation by ****** and then returned to sender. The pharmacy did not respond to multiple emails re: the shipment and when I spoke with Supervisor ******** today, she refused to send me a new package of medication or provide a full refund as requested.Even though I explained to ******** that I had not received the medication that I paid for through no-fault of my own and that I was not provided a consultation with a pharmacist where risks would have presumably been discussed, ******** refused to make me whole informing me that I would lose the $574.98 that I paid (and not receive the medication). This is an on-line pharmacy ****, where they take consumer money and do not fulfill their commitment to ship you the medication.

I ordered a prescription for *********/******* from Mark's Marine Pharmacy on 10/21/23. My order number is ****** and I paid $149.98, plus $15.00 shipping. I was told the prescription would ship from ***** and arrive by mail within 4 to 6 weeks. On 11/24/23 I received a letter from the ** **** *** **** ************** informing me that my shipment with the ********* had been detained because it was in violation of two requirements of the law. One, it did not include any directions for use and two, it did not include the "Rx only" symbol on its label. Despite my contacting the *** to contest this, the ********* was destroyed on 12/11/23. I did contact Mark's Marine Pharmacy for help and they told me the *** makes up these violations in order to meet monthly detainment quotas. This may be true, or more likely, **** ** **** *** ******** **** ** ******* ********** ** *** *************** They told me they have a no refund policy ***** **** ******* ** ****** and that there was nothing more they could do, aside from offering advice. In my opinion, the *** violations are legitimate. This means Mark's Marine Pharmacy ** ******** *** *********** ******** ** ************ *** ********* ***** ************* Therefore, I believe they should be responsible for reimbursing me for my destroyed package. This business committed to shipping me a much-needed prescription and because of their ********** that prescription was detained and destroyed by the ***.

My physician and I have been trying to contact them to refill a prescription for 3 weeks without a single response. We have called several times, emailed, faxed and left messages. No response. It would be professional for them to put something on their website that states they are no longer in business if that is the case.
