Ceremony made my **** trip experience to ***** **** a 10/10! All the staff was well organized and friendly. They helped us all stay safe in the foreign country which me and my friends really appreciate. They planned events every night and had optional activities during the day. Would definitely recommend if you are planning a **** trip

Regarding Ceremony Travel Happening June 28/22, they flew the kids to Calgary arriving at 8 am. They were to get on a connector on June 29/22 at 1am which was cancelled for no reason at the last min. leaving all the kids stranded at the airport for over 24hrs and no word on another flight. Ceremony would not get the kids rooms or food and told the kids to work with *** ****** to get a room. They are ** years old and cant even book a hotel room themselves. The kids are very stressed and now 25 hrs later they are on a flight to Montreal and are being told they have to stay in Montreal for the whole day and wont get to go to ***** **** until Thursday the 30th. These kids have saved and worked for this trip for years and now they will miss the first 2 days of a 8 day trip that was ******* over priced in the first place. At this point we don't even know which flight they will get from Montreal to ***** so a very scary guessing game and obviously extremely stressful and disappointing for the kids. Ceremony states no refunds even though we have full insurance and I offered to pick up my ******** in Calgary and they wont extend the trip to make up the days. Save yourself the heartache, stress and money and book somewhere else. I understand planes get canceled but the travel company should take care of these minors.
