It is by far the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my career. Empty promises and horrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are far greater options. If you can't listen to your consumer it's because you only care about making yourself money.Review from Elena J

The videos they post on your behalf are good, but brought me zero business. My huge issue with the company is the lack of transparency. There is no place on their website where I can see when my subscription is over. There is no place on their website to cancel the subscription!!! I have NOT AUTHORIZED them to automatically renew subscription and they without my permission tried to charge me $313 which my bank thought it was a suspicious transaction. And it sure was. After I emailed them several times and texted them demanding to stop charging me they still did it in the middle of the night tonight. I reported them to my bank. I see that I am not the only one they are trying to scam. Stay away from this company or cancel your card, because you can't even delete your card information from their website.Review from Jen B

I signed up thinking the videos were editable as marketed and paid for the year. After signing up most of the features were locked and you could not edit the material to fit your branding. I contacted right away and within the 7day trail window and they said I could not cancel because a video was downloaded. No where on their website states any cancelation terms and conditions. It only states to contact they to cancel. This is beyond ********** and *********. I spent $300 for something I cannot use or edit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is horrible and is ran by a lady that goes by Erika. I was supposed to sign up for a free account and she text and called me over the phone with an amazing offer to pay for a full year at a discount rate. I gave her my card number. A year later my card was charged $313 without authorization. As soon as I saw the charge, I called and was told to cancel. Cancel what? I never subscribed to anything. I went on the site and there is no way to "cancel". You have to email. So, I emailed. I was told that they would cancel, but that never happened and they continued to charge my card. I asked for a refund several times and received a response from Erika that she doesn't remember talking to me and offered a discounted rate. I continued to email several times that I do not use this service and didn't want to use this service nor gave permission to charge my card. No response after that. Today 10-31-2023 it happened again. I emailed and received no response. This is horrible and I do not believe this is a reputable "company". I have never seen a company that will charge you over and over without permission. This has been a nightmare for me.Review from Mike T

By the end of August I contacted Roomvu to cancel my subscription, effective immediately.They say sure, since you paid for the month, use our services and account will be cancelled. That never happened. They charged me over $300 after I asked them to cancel. They kept running FB ads without my authorization and then charge me for the month month of October(month an half after asked them to cancel). I contacted them multiple times about extra charge and they say it was my fault and I should have told them to stop running FB ads. I DID NOT RAN ANY FB AD and still got charged for it. Plus, they withdrawal an additional month ( OCT 2023 ) just because they can and have access to my credit card.Please think twice before joining ROOMVU. Here is Roomvu's Rating with BBB "F". Buyer Beware! This company is one of the worst I have ever worked with. I made the mistake of paying one year in advance. The customer service is lacking, and follow-through is almost non-existent.My biggest beef is how this service is not indeed set up for **** officers. Since they are based in ******, they don't truly understand that financing in ******* is different with different laws and guidelines.They also will create and post videos promoting my competition.The charges also did not match what we discussed. I am now out of $3k and I no longer have access to the website.I could write so much more, yet if you want help with your marketing, I recommend going elsewhere.Review from Jonathan C

I signed up for the 7 day trial. The requirements for this and to get your money back are near impossible. They will NOT let you cancel unless you email or call. Their customer service refuses to cancel. It is horrible practice. Im okay with losing the money for signing up. But I have been battling for days trying to cancel so I dont pay any more and they arent following direction. I used this company to advertise my business for only one year. They turned on auto renewal without my consent and awareness. Their system didn't allow me to opt out of the service so that I don't get charged next year. I had to call in to stop the service or future stop auto renewals. I tried calling and leaving messages on voicemail multiple times, but nobody either answered my calls or returned my calls. However, if it's a new customer, calls are returned promptly, which I experienced and enjoyed when I was a new client. On going customer services issues are not resolved and ignored very unprofessionally leaving clients with no choices at all. I didn't appreciate receiving zero customer service. I used this company for 1 year . I was in a monthly plan then halfway through I upgraded to the next level because I was not able to download videos unless I had a premium account . I wasn't sure when my year was up as I didn't get any notification. When I got my credit card statement they had automatically renewed me for another year without my consent . I didn't know that I was on a automatic renewal for a year and it doesn't say I was on an automatic renewal under billing until they actually renewed it. I originally signed up month to month. Now I got charged of $700 to my credit card . I now have been told I can't get a refund ! How can these companies continue to charge my card without my consent that I wanted to renew .How convenient for then to take your money with no intention of returning it . This is really bad business and I will never refer this company to anyone EVER!!!!
