Kent and his wife Ainsley of Wise Cuts, quoted my wife and I $**** to supply and install Christmas lights to our front and side of house. They sent a drawing outlining where they would put the lights and that they would use clips. The lights were to be up by December 23rd. It is now Jan 3rd and not only are the lights not even half up. The ones that are, are falling off. Additionally Ainsley is now stating that they WONT supply enough lights to cover the areas quoted without being paid more money as they underestimated how much lights they would need to fully complete the job. They now will not reply. I will be pursuing legal action if this is not rectified. ****** ***** *** *** ***** ****Business response

Last fall of 2022, I hired this company to sell me Christmas lights and to install them on my house. They did not have the male and female plug-in ends installed in the right direction, so I could not plug them in under my soffit. They also had some strings of lights that were mixed up and they used extension cords that they altred with double male ends which is serious fire hazed contrary the electrical code, etc. When they were finished installing them they said they were in a big hurry as they had other jobs to do before the sun went down and said they would be back when they could. I trusted them, so I paid them. I contacted them in the fall of 2022 and they did not return my call. They called me in the summer of 2023 to do lawn work and they said they would come by and fix my lights but they did not come by. I called them again in November 2023. They promised to come out many times over a 10-day period and every time they were supposed to show up they did not. I received notification from BBB. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment in the services you received. I am very sorry this happened. I am not on site when work is being completed and that should have been taken care of when the installers were there on site. I’ve never heard of that before and have discussed it and made it very clear that this should never happen in the future. I hope you can accept our apologies and a refund in the amount of $****** was issued on Friday, Nov 24 to your email address. Please accept my apologies. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.Regards

Hired this company to perform weekly lawn services, starting June 7th, 2023. Paid $****** for 4 lawn services for the month of June by etransfer on May 26, 2023. Never received any services. A refund was not received on 09/18/23 as promised by Wisecuts. They continually promise a refund without following through.
