I would give this company 0 if I could. I have not had a great experience with this company and wish tha,t all that were taking advantage by this company could start a lawsuit against them. I am not a happy customer as I have paid over $8000 and now have a useless system in my house as they will no longer service it. They sent a letter saying that I needed to hire my local plumber to do service calls, this is more money out of my pocket, and I have no idea of there I can purchase the filters for the system as, I will not give another cent to this company.Review from Janet K

I am to the point of going to a lawyer about this **** poor company Atlantis Air and Water. They don’t return calls nor do they hold up on their word to service equipment after paying over $4400. If you are even remotely thinking of going with this company run the other way. Only giving one star because it will not let me complete until I do.Review from Gary and Janet F

*Atlantis Water & Air* came into our home and never stopped running at the mouth for at least 20 minutes! Telling us that their water softener system would (in time) remove the black crap that was coming through our water system! We already knew that we had a high arsenic problem with our water; so we thought we would try this system and better our water supply! Yes, great things were happening and we were happy with all of this, and their promises! 5000.$ and free once per year check up, all we needed to do was check to make sure the system did not run out of salt! Sounds great, eh? Ya, sounds great, it’ll be 2 years in September that we bought and 13 months that we’ve been calling to set up a maintenance appointment; all the numbers we have and when we call, all we get are voice mail, and please leave a message! They must be really busy, as it’s been more than a year and they STILL HAVE NOT CALLED US! AVOID THESE MONSTERS at All costs, they will take your money and You will never hear from them again! and FYI, I clicked on the star rating in error, this company does NOT deserve even a half star!Never so disappointed with a company, ever!
