We have had repeated problems with this restaurant. My son is vegan and it one of only a couple of vegan restaurants in the city. We order from them at least once a month and the orders are consistently wrong. Today was the last straw. There is a gentleman who works there that wears a dress who is very rude. When we called to say our order was incorrect, he said to check the app and hung up the phone. The second time we called to inquire, we were hung up on again. Tried a third time and same result. Uber eats refunded us for the missing muffin but we originally paid almost $63 for 2 burritos and a muffin. There would have been no issue at all if the employee at the restaurant had spoken to us and resolved the issue but the customer service there is horrendous. I will not call them again and would like for them to at least speak to this employee to explain how to treat paying customers. I would like the entire order refunded and I don't plan on doing business there again. We paid $62.82 and were refunded $3.32 for a missing muffin so we would like the remaining $59.50 refunded completely.
