We had this company move our things from Quebec to Nova Scotia in October 2023, and it was such a smooth experience. Steve went through everything very thoroughly in the quote. Our movers, especially John, were so communicative, kind, and careful with our things. We appreciated everything they did. Highly recommend this company!

We moved from Quebec to Alberta with them. In summary, if you don't need fixed dates to leave origin and arrive at your destination, the service is ok. Our TV stand was probably not wrapped, because it has scratches all over, same for one of the bedroom drawers. Other than that, just minor marks. On pick up, there were 3 people, so it was fast. On delivery, 2 people, so it took a bit longer - also because of the stairs. People are nice and the price is between the cheapest and most expensive long distance movers. The issue with dates: sales explained to us that long distance works with date ranges, which we totally get. So we were given a long range of dates to leave. After deposit, we were supposed to be given a shorter range in the beginning of the next week, so that we could book a hotel or arrange something. We called multiple times, and around 5 days later, they put us in contact with a person that would make our move. This person discussed with us a date to leave. A couple of days later, the date changed because of issues with another customer. Another couple of days, there was no issue anymore and we went back to the original leave date. Then there was the date to arrive: when talking to sales, we were told the end of the other week would be possible (which would give 10/11 days after pick up). Then the date changed to the beginning of the other week (12/13/14 days after pick up). Then changed again to the end of the week (17 days after pick up). And we always had to call them to get news about our stuff, with the exception of one call when they said they would arrive at the end of the week (17 days). We asked to be earlier, they managed to arrive one day before. Bottom line, from beginning to end, it took 16 days, which is not bad, but all the changes and we had to keep calling and calling to get news was stressful given our situation. If that's not your case, or if you manage to understand better the dates from the beginning, then it works fine.

Dealt with ***** to line up the move as he was a nice guy and the company had decent references. Upon lining up the move they assured me 3 days before the move that we were all set to go with no issues. Next day rolls around and I get a voicemail from John saying they are overbooked and can no longer do the move. This was Saturday during the long weekend with TWO days notice! They have ghosted me and refuse to answer my calls or texts. Least wise to say they have straight up just stolen my $300 deposit. I sincerely recommend people avoid them. Don't let them steal your money too.

I used this company for my moving to Calgary from Charlottetown last month. They did really great job for me. Our initial contact was Steve. He did really great job for me. fast reply, great answer with lots of detail. and crews were amazing as well. well packed furnitures. no damages. arrive on time everything was great. and no hidden fee as well. I heard lots of bad thing about another moving company. I strongly recommend this company

Simply amazing! These people mean business and customer service. From day one Steven has been professional and honest, has proved himself to be a solution provider. My next interaction has been with the actual moving crew, everything went better than I expected. I have been working with transportation since the past 12 years and know how demanding and stressful it is yet Edwin, Mali and TJ made it all appear as a piece of cake. They showed up on time as promised, wrapped everything with care, and headed to our destination, Saint John NB. Access to the building was tight so they had to park the truck further and put in the extra effort to unload our belongings, I would earnestly recommend Allwaysmoving for all your long distance move, you are definitely in good hands and at very competitive rate.
