On May 25th of 2022, myself and my spouse ****** ****** had purchased a brand new 2022 ***** *** ****** ***** for $82,518.01. We had the RV delivered to our seasonal site about 25 minutes away and from our first stay in our new RV, we have experienced one issue after another. All of which we have addressed with the manager, **** as well as the Service Advisor Nicole. A breakdown of the issues in order began with a tear in the bunkbed fabric accents, a cracked cabinet door where we access all controls, a faulty *** mount that was to hold an outside table for a BBQ, a leak in the bathroom originating from under the sink, and a broken kitchen cabinet which falls out when we open it due to a broken mount. This was all within the first two weekend stays at our camp beginning on June 10th, 2022. Now we brought these issues up to CRC RV and ****** was to send a service technician out to address these concerns and they were to phone us ahead of time so we could meet them and show them our concerns. ****** ended up going into our camper without letting us know and we only knew of this because we installed a camera in our RV and seen him. They said they phoned us but this was not true. The only issue that had since been fixed was the Jay mount that was removed due to being stuck. It still can't be used however as it doesn't fit the bracket! All other issues are still not addressed. Now, since this, the following has since occurred and was also addressed with **** and ****** and has yet to be addressed. The bladder for the kitchen sink water below the RV was leaking, and our main Norcold fridge/freezer has been giving errors and stopped working which resulted in lost food. We also noticed that our Solar Panel on the roof is also damaged from what appears to be factory. We've been waiting since June for the first issues to be addressed and now we have an RV that we cannot take our family out to enjoy. This lemon needs replacing! NOT fixing! We've waited long enough!
