I bought a car off of a buddy that got a safety done at ryno motors in Almonte Ontario roughly 2 months ago... The wheel bearing... Head light and one of the belts has needed to be replaced and I didn't know at that time that this was a safety concerned and should not have been safetied like this and it was sold to me like this.... I called them up and I asked them if all 3 were to pass safety before they safetied a vehicle and they said yes they are... I said then why did you let a safety go that had all 3 of those that needed to be fixed on a vehicle that I bought that you safetied.... Then their story changed and started giving me excuses that they obviously went after they safetied the car... I told them that I am going to be putting in a complaint about them and they said go ahead that they haven't lost a court case yet... I was like wow as if you just said that... ByeBusiness response

Ryno Motors performed a Safety Inspection for *** ****** ******** on his Buick Allure, on Feb 18, 2022.
The inspecting technician- **** *******- found that the vehicle required a passenger side wiper blade, which was replaced at that time.
(Incidentally, this bill was never paid. Not relevant to this discussion.)
We were unaware that there was any issue until over 4 months later- July, 2022.
We were contacted by the vehicle's new owner on July 5th with his complaints of vehicle deficiencies.
We have spoken to *** ********, who informed us that the vehicle sat for over a month before the new owner picked it up. The safety would have expired at that time.
We know that the vehicle passed Inspection when it left Ryno Motors. It is entirely possible that sitting for a month, or a few months of driving, would allow moisture, wear, and corrosion to cause wheel bearing noise, or a light bulb to burn out.
A seat belt may stop working at any time. We know that it was working at the time of inspection, and find it strange that no complaint was lodged for 4 months.
Find attached copies of the Inspection Report, the Repair Order, and the issued Safety Certificate.
Please contact us if any further information is required.

********** ********
I am rejecting this response because:
Ryno motors definitely didn't safety the car Feb 18th... ****** ******** never gave me the 2nd sheet of the safety slip either I don't know why he didn't... But I know near the end of March he was asking me for the money for the car because he still had to do some work on it... When I asked rynos if they safety the Buick allure they said that they didn't safety it on ****** ******** Honda... So now all of a sudden they found this unfound safety slip that they looked in their records when I asked them when I called but now they gave a misleading date to make themselves look good?
Sincerely,
**** *********
