      This business cancelled my monthly subscription for their car wash & is falsely claiming they have received multiple chargebacks under my account. I have been a customer of Klassic Car Wash for more than a year and money was withdrawn from my **** automatically every single month. On November 2023, the Car Wash (in Derry Road) had their system down so I did not receive service for the whole month. After having asked for a refund for the month of November 2023 on multiple occasions with the car wash staff at Derry Road, a clerk suggested to me not to be charged for the month of February 2024 instead of asking the head office for a refund. I had agreed to the suggested solution, only to find out that my subscription was terminated. I have contacted the head office to inquire about the reason why it was terminated only to be told quote: "we have come to the conclusion that we will not be reactivating your membership as we have received multiple requests for chargebacks under your account." which is totally not true. ****** *** ** **** ** *** **** *** ***** ******* * **** ** ***** ** ********   Thank you -

      I presented to this car wash for an exterior wash and interior clean on Sunday February 4. Aprox 12:30-1:30. When the employee pulled our car out of the interior clean area, he called me over to show me the broken electric charge cover. He told me that when the employee was wiping the car, the charger port had opened and he ran the cleaning cloths over it and broke it at the hinge. He said for us to contact his Manager the next day , and he would resolve this. That he would either pay for the damages to replace the port, or pay in car washes in lieu of. In which I let him know that I would not be taking car washes ** * ****** ****** ***** ** **** *** ******** and would want our damages paid for. The employee said to get a cost and let his manger know . The employee would not give us his number of the manager, but he gave an email. The following day ( Monday February 5) We emailed the manager and also calls the location to speak to the manager as he never replied to the email. I was told he was not at the location. And to keep calling or email . I continued to call various times and send various emails as told . Every time I called it was another reason why he wasn’t there. I proceeded to drive to the location on the late afternoon of Feb 6 . I was told the manager wasn’t there and that I would need to keep trying him, and we told the desk employees including the initial employee who said they broke it . **** *** *** *****  Eventually the “ manager “ responded by email and told me to come into see a camera footage of the incident. On the Wednesday . I went in, he showed me the footage and told me it was already broken and that I brought in the vehicle with a broken charger port cover. That they DID NOT break it. I then asked him for a copy of the footage and also for him to show me the footage of when the car was pulled into the parking lot, and interior clean area. manager said NO. He would not pay for it because it was already broken !

      April 6th, 2023 My 2010 ******* ****** was bought in for an interior detailing. Klassic Car Wash lost my set of four car mats and offered to purchase new ones after they couldn't locate the originals. They gave me temporary mats which are not a proper fit for my vehicle and slide. Manager avoids my calls and will not return them. All I want is my replacement mats.

      i went to car wash for wash my car .date 7 aug/2023 around 7 to 8 pm in car wash i get my passenger side view mirror damaged .i reported to them about the damage .i talk to manager they said you can go to court for your passenger side view mirror.what you say i have to go court or you will solve the problem please let me know .thanks

      On June 1st 2023 I went through the car wash on Dunlop Street. I am a member there and pay $55 per month for their top car wash. That day I was going through the fans at the end of the carwash had blown the trimming around my window of my car off and left it dangling. I instantly reported it as soon as I got out of the wash and I was told the manager wasn’t in and would be in contact with me, the next day (Friday June 2nd) I went back and was told the manager wasn’t in again and he would be at the Anne Street location Saturday. So I went in Saturday June 3rd and was told he had to go over the videos and to give him until Monday to call me back. On Monday (June 5th) I had received no call so I went over at 6pm. I was told the manager was gone so I emailed the manager they had given me the email for and he told me there was previous damage. I know my car very well and know there wasn’t damage before hand so I asked to see the proof. He told me to go to Anne location on June 8th. They showed me a picture with absolutely no damage and a lot of light glare. I asked them to show me different angles and the full video instead of one photo and showed them that the damage they were showing me wasn’t even there that day. They offered me another month membership free but you aren’t allowed going into carwashes when pieces are loose off your car. I was told he would see if he can work with management and he would call me back. I also emailed him that day asking for a proper video and different angles. No response and no call. I called June 11th and asked for the manager to call me and they said he wasn’t in so I asked he had his manager email me. I finally got an email back this morning (June 12th) saying again that they would offer me a month free membership and they didn’t say anything about a video or different angles but I keep asking they pay for their damages and they ignore me I sent another email asking for a full video with proper angles but still haven’t heard nything

      I took car wash at Klassic Car wash on March 05,2023 around 5.00pm. Same day I was not noticed with all scratches and damages to my car, next day morning I noticed all over car was scratched and paint came out. I explained to Klassic car wash about damages they made to my car but they denied that it was not them. Please get a solution for my problem and get them fixed my car.

      Hi,

      The damages on his vehicle were there prior to his visit at our car wash. Klassic car wash has nothing to do with the damages and hereby we are denying any accusation that the customer has made.

      I am rejecting this response because i am 100% confident that it happens in car wash only.
      Iam a customer with them for more than 4 years and I don’t get a reason just to blame them.
      Each and every time when i enter it reads the barcode and they should have all recordings of my list for last 3 months.
      I believe it happened over in car wash and I would like to see past 15 Visits video recordings to get them prove it didn’t happen over there.
      * **** ******** *** pictures and it clearly indicates that it’s scratches only on top of the car.
      Talking to the manager,Their excuses is nobody complained as of now and I am the first customer to complain because they might not noticed yet.
      I want them to fix my car because I believe it happened in car wash.
