Marriott Roofing installed the roofing on my house. This past spring (2023) while I was on vacation, the neighbour taking care of my house told me that water was leaking down & around the front door of my house. My front door is in a vestibule with the storm door 6 feet in front of the the front door. Roofing covers the vestibule. I contacted the owner Chris M., he answered the phone, about this issue in August & he said he would get back tto me early September. September passed so I started calling him the begining of October. I have left a number of messages & texts and he refuses to return my calls or texts. I would like him to show up, review the situation & solve the problem before it gets too cold. weatherBusiness response

This matter has been resolved with ******, it is not a roofing issue but understand why he would assume it was. I meet with him at his home to describe what was happening with the evetroughs and fascia. * ** ****** **** **** ********* **** ** ******* **** ** ********Customer response
