  Job was to form and pour a concrete pad, for a wooden shed, 14' x 20' and a 100’ x 6.5’ walkway. But the concrete poured for the PAD area does not meet the requested requirements for a shed to be placed on the pad. The Pad height is off by 3 1/2 inches from left rear corner to front right corner. As a result a separate contractor hired to build the shed had to add a wooden floor and put the shed on blocks to ensure it was level for the placement of doors. This increased the cost of the shed by an additional $1600.00. This shed was intended for parking a side by side (ATV). Additionally I had to purchase waterproof flooring and adhesive to cover the wooden floor at a cost of $600.00. Now my only option is to add an additional concrete ramp to meet the height of the floor. I informed the contractor of the issue on 09 August 2023, I sent pictures of the inconsistent height of the shed. He texted me to say they would come and pour a ramp after the Labour Day weekend. 6 or 7 Sept. They never came and never called or emailed, nothing. I sent another text to one of the owners, but never got a response. With multiple phone calls and left messages. On 09 Sept. 2023 I then called the second owner. He said his brother was taking care of this but was now in ******** for 2 weeks, he would have him call. I waited and never heard from him and I sent another text to ***** on 14 Sept. 2023, he responded the next day 15 Sept. 2023 saying he has been very busy and that he will call his brother the next day, he said he would arrange to have both of them come on next Saturday 23 Sept. 2023. They never showed or called or texted. Today 26 Sept. 2023 I informed both owners I would be filing an official complaint. ***** responded he got back from ******** last week, he will contact me later. I am seeking to have the contractor construct a concrete ramp to my satisfaction. And refund the amount I had to pay for the addition of a wooden floor $2200.00. Or refund $5000.00 and do no work.
