      I found I didn't have the funds available to cover my loan payout. I called and ask to stop the debit to prevent additional costs from them and my Bank and the person I talked to said no and that it would have to come back NSF which I think is absolutely riduculous.

      This company. Made an error and withdrew the payday loan funds days before my payday and now expects me to pay them the full balance plus the late payment charges without taking into consideration the 50 dollar nsf charge they cost me by taking the funds days early. They call me and try to tell me that i am a bad guy and ****** me early in the mornings and late at night. I offered to pay them the 180 I owe which is the 230 minus the 50.nsf and they refuse to take it. ***** **** **** ***** ***** *******

      I called the number provided and got the run around as per usual. Cash money is clearly not a good business and shouldn't be able to ****** good people like they do.

      ********* ************* staff, who do not address your concerns. Call you from randomly assigned numbers back to back. Expressed concern with supervisor claims that is how is. Advised concern over sharing personal details with unknown numbers, who do not answer acknowledging the name of the company. Staff speak over you and avoid your questions.

      Location: 3504A 17 Ave SE, Calgary AB 0R7 * * ****** **** **** ***** ****** *** *** ***** ******* * **** **** ************ Their service really makes me angry and frustrated. I went to this store to withdraw last night before 6PM, I didn't get the remittance. The teller said they ran out of money and **** ***** hadn't given it to them yet, and asked me to come back next week to withdraw the money. I just saw a customer in front of me withdraw money from the counter. If this was the first, second, or even third time they said that, I would definitely believe it and I would understand. But I have been here more than 8 times, and the first and second remittances were successfully withdrawn. When I came to collect the remittance for the third time, the teller asked me to come early the next morning, but I came early the next morning. , they said they had no money and asked me to come back another day to withdraw money* **** ****** ** *** **** **** ****** I came back three times to get the third remittance. For the next few remittances, I failed to withdraw money from this store. They either said the store had no money or asked me to come back in a few days or a week (they knew I wouldn't wait that long, and they knew I wanted to get the money right away. , I might go to other stores. Is this their purpose?). ********* **** **** ****** because I couldn't get the money at this store, usually I immediately went to a Cash Money store far away from my home and got the remittance immediately.       I've had a plan for over a few years. Paid monthly for years with no issues. The last few months I have been off work with a injury and needed to postpone a payment as I didn't have the money in my account. Since than, they have called me *** ******** ** about payment arrangements.       COMPANY REFUSES FULL PAYMENT TO ***** FROM CUSTOMER. I've been a customer for many years and acquired a consolidation loan to wipe this isn't ne clean and start fresh..       It's very difficult to communicate effectively with cash money locations in Brampton the service reps speak way to fast and they don't slow down their speech and it's really frustrating when you can't even ask them to repeat what they've said because they keep interrupting me mid sentence .... then they take an attitude when you express that you're not able to understand what it is they're trying to communicate! * ********** **** ******* **** **** ******* ********  ... you have no choice but to listen EVERYTIME you call to them telling you about the 25.00 you can get if u refer some one and the hours of operation and many other things that aren't pertaining to my call ...I would never refer someone to cash money dealing with them is like dragging your nails down a chalk board I'd rather deal with an automated line service instead of dealing with representatives that communicate as if they were a tape playing on fast forward and in broken English at best .... * **** *** ******** ********* *********** ** ********

      I have had so many problems with this company overall ***** * **** ******* *** ** * ****** ***** *** the latest is that I found out that they apparently gave me two loans which they did not give me that luckily I’ve been paid off but, this means they’re giving people loans under my name and I am not happy with this

      I’m paying off my payday loan, i send them the payment through etransfer and still my balance is the same! This company is trying to get more money from the borrowers and not deducting the payment I had!

      I had asked for another payday loan from this company. The employee talked to me and said I qualified for a line of credit and they would do a credit check to see if I could be approved. I said no thank you. I did not want a hard credit check as it would affect my credit rating. I stated I only wanted the payday loan in a small amount. She did this check anyway. I reached out to the company to ask they correct this they did not.
