S.A Electrical was hired to upgrade electrical services on my commercial units. The total cost was $3000. $1500 for labour and materials and $1500 prepaid for final inspection. Initial work was completed several days, after several phone call S.A electrical finally came back several weeks later to complete the work. An electrical inspection and certification is required for me to use the equipment. It has now been 4 months and I have not received the inspection and certification i prepaid S.A Electrical for. The downtime affected my ability to to use the unit and has cost me money. recently, an ESA inspector has told me the work performed by S.A electrical, primarily the main power cable hook up, will not pass an inspection. Stephane (Owner) has blamed the delays in the inspection company, ***. I have contacted the *** directly and no inspection was requested nor do they have a 4 month back log. I have requested a refund, in writing from S.A electrical on several occasions. The correspondence is either ignored or a promise to call me back is given and I never hear from them again. *** *** ****** ** ***** *** **** ** ** ********** *************
