This is a complaint about Bath Install and the owner ***** ********. The job was to replace ensuite shower and ended in summer of 2021. ***** ******** ** * **** ***** ****** *** ******** *****.I now know I was lied to from the very beginning. Product availability and choices. Purchase and installation of products that I was charged more for and promised information on. Never happened, after my repeated requests. In the demolition and clean up phase, I was assured by *** ******** that there was No mould behind the existing shower. He Lied. I came to find out. His installation of the new shower components was/is also not acceptable with gaps in t he seams of the ceiling, walls and base of the shower allowed water to enter into the walls and framing behind the new shower and mould to grow. Again. This became evident in about 3 weeks after he said the job was complete. I Want some kind of a refund And a Warning to all to Not do business with this man and his company. I have been in contact with ***** *** **** Install in 3 separate emails. I have received No response. ** * *** ***** *** ** *** *** ** **** ** ****** **** ******** *** ****** ** ******* ** *** ******** ***** ******** ***** A post note. When I was doing my research on this business before I hired him …. The reviews were glowing and favourable. And after, all reviews have disappeared.Business response

We are saddened to know that **** ***** feels this way. We believed we had completed the requested job on good terms. We also believe we provided great customer service to **** ***** as we regularly changed the statement of work (custom materials and design), which concluded in having to push back other scheduled projects. Unfortunately, we do not have any power on our suppliers’ materials, even more during covid.Customer response

First and foremost we had offered you to do all of your shopping so you wouldn't have be exposed to covid 19, you became verbally abusive and unappreciated right from the beginning that when I decided to reimburse you, you apologized and said that it would not happen again and it did. And now you're saying that there is caulking missing and water going into the walls if that was the case there would be water on the main floor that being said this is my last letter, *** *** ****** ** ******* ** **** **** ** you can say what ever you want you are way to difficult & miserable to work for im done.
