I had bought a phone and lasted 24 hours it was needed repair already that was just the beginning of you back on it nothing else was any problem that missing strips then 50 days tried to be carried off as extra further back which I said no because it should have been glued on properly which it was not apparently it was like so obvious and I viewed to pay for it and they buy it and then they'll wait for an hour and then they took it and I mean wait another hour and then gave it back to me and looked like it was fixed but it turned out like a home and looked at it I cried but I kept putting it in that it was not repaired they didn't do that they didn't nothing to it and maybe wait all that time as just a likely so that it took half much monthly income and lie to me.Business response

I am writing in response to the recent customer complaint against ********************. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.
The customer purchased a device from us, and our warranty clearly excludes coverage for physical damage. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, when the customer came to us with a broken back glass, we provided a free replacement, which left the customer happy. Subsequently, the customer purchased a phone case from us.
Regrettably, the customer is now experiencing another physical damage issue, which we cannot cover under our warranty, as stated in the receipt's terms. We are committed to upholding the consistency of our warranty terms for all customers.

*************************i didnt Come in with purple glass there was the back of a phone and it was plastic and it wasn't glued on properly to begin with Which was apparent after a couple hours of owning it. The fact is either way it should not have been coming off in a couple hours either way and I can't Go back into the store a couple hours when they are closed i'd wait till the next day to go in so again you're right but she's not a came off like that in a couple of hours Of use. It's a couple of dollars for this back I'm sure for them to put on it's not even that it wasn't glued on I don't own that material to probably glue be on or I'll wait up there just cheap b******* and I looked it up online is not $30 for replace it back it's like 5

I am rejecting this response becauseHe lied he totally lied everything he said with a lie he didn't give me replacement backing and I didn't know the backwife's friend didn't till I had it in my pocket and my home and then I took it on my pocket and I realized it was loose and then eventually came off and that was obviously not glued on properly I don't know if anyone nearby phones has a cell phone and been prepared for external operation or refurbish have the backfall off in their pocket within less than a day so and they've got all the equipment to fix it they couldn't just gave me a new backing and put it on properly and they didn't they wanted to charge the fair dollars for the bathroom and it wasn't my fault that's enough so I don't know And if this doesn't make sense it obviously I'm using the phone that he sold me and it doesn't work very well and I can't really type so I'm kind of dictating to the phone and it's a pi
I'm just gonna leave that back but I've had to rebot retake this over and over and over because it hasn't written anything I've written down I can't type cause i' gonna get a flight yeah I can't I'm hungry okay and I've didn'*** my phone and obviously it does not work that well because I can't even understand what it's saying but no he lied he lied he Totally lied.
