This was an online purchase, not at this store but through sleep country Canada online. I though you would be interested to known about my experience with one of your resales when "trying" to purchase you purple 3 mattress. I recently purchased a king size purple premiere 3 mattress online at sleep country Canada on July 5th 2022. My credit card was charged immediately and we scheduled a delivery date of July 24th 2022. The days before my mattress was scheduled to be delivered my credit card was attempted to be charged again by sleep country Canada. I only found out when I received a notification that my card had been declined for the purchase by my credit card company. I tried to contact sleep country over the phone but their customer service line does not connect and simply hangs up on any caller. After multiple attempts at trying to reach someone over the phone I sent an email to the customer service department to ask why my card was charged again and asking if my mattress would still be delivered in the 24th. This is the response is received (attached). As of this moment I have received no further communication from sleep country or my mattress or a refund.
