      I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month now. I am getting nowhere with them. Prior to contacting one of their employess I tried to go to ttheir facisility in Kanata but the doors were locked during the day and noone was there. I contacted one of their employees on October 5th about cancelling my membership via ********. She informed me she could not faccilitate this and I would need to send an email to **********************. I sent my first email November 5th, then another November 10th and finally a third November 25th. I have also sent a message through ********* messenger to their K2xFit ******** group on November 16th. You can see they have seen it, but no action was taken. I sent one to their K2XFit Kanata location on November 22nd. Once again I can see they have seen it but no respondse from them. I tried to go into their Kanata location again on Tuesday November 23rd around 7pm, this time with successes. I talked to one of the employees, she said they don't have the ability to cancel my membership I would need to email (we verified I had the right email) or call ************. I have called this number everyday, several times a day since recieving it. No one answers and there is no voicemail. I even tried texting the number November 25th at 3:50pm. I wrote publicly on their ******** K2XFit Kanata page on November 25th. I know it went through as someone has since liked the post (not one of their emplyees). I don't know where to go from here.
