Purchased 2 Night 3 Day stay in Collingwood via ********. Entered in my information and expected to pick dates then and there. Next page after payment pages says a sales rep will call you. I called the general inquiry line to pretend to be interested in purchasing a vacation and was advised I would be obligated to a 90 minute time share presentation. I advised I just purchased online the deal that was be referenced and would not be attending a time share presentation at any point of time during my stay. Staffer advised deal was not ideal for me and I wouldn't be charged after taking my information. Currently on the phone with my CC disputing as surprise I was charged and now can't reach anyone.Customer response

I have had this merchant over 15 times and left 15 voicemails with my full name and contact information seeking resolve no one is calling me back. I also just emailed the merchant the email addresses were customer services at living water resorts.com and customer ********@****************.comBusiness response

We have conducted a very thorough investigation regarding this matter. Upon investigating your concerns, we input your information using the email, name, and phone number on file. Our findings indicate that neither an online purchase nor booking results were made. We would normally provide a refund if there was a mistake on our end, but given that there was no online purchase nor booking that took place, we are unable to do so.
We have included a screenshot that indicates there is no record of a purchase or refund in our Stripe transactions. We genuinely value your feedback and are happy to help clarify any confusion.
