They ignore and will not return my phone calls. Which makes it very stressful and untrusting. Hired Provincial Pardon Waiver Services Dec 8/19 Consultation was 76.84 paid Dec r 8/19 to aid me with a US Waiver. Cost of 1910.83 Record Suspension Application paid Dec 9/19 I was dealing with Kolt T. at the time I was contacted by Mina from the office telling me I qualified for a file destruction an additional payment of 1693.87, File Destruction App paid Mar 9/20. Apr 29/20 received an email from Mina saying account has an outstanding balance for 304.59. Emailed April 30/20 asking what is this, the response was Final payment for extra time, work that needed to be done, admin cost that they incurred during U.S. Entry Waiver process. Hard to believe because I did most of work and admin cost was included in cost of 1910.83. I sent an etransfer to 2454108 Ont Inc May 1/20 Received my 5 year Application for Advance Permission to Enter as a Nonimmigrant to USA Dec 23/21 When it came to the Record Suspension App I have been given the run around. Emailed and phoned many times, most times no response. After finally getting a call back from Kolt on Jan 15/24 regarding my Record Suspension Application was told that Mina should never have charged me 1693.27 or 304.59. He assured me that he would check into it and refund me these amounts. He asked for all the receipts & correspondence I had from Mina. Emailed Jan 15/24. Jan 25/24 sent an email asking acknowledgement receipt of my email & refund. Feb 5/24 emailed again asking for status of my refund. Mar 13/24, Mar 19/24 emailed no response. Apr 2024 called Kolt left message only to get a call back from Ian saying Kolt was busy, if I wanted to talk to him to set up appointment. Explained situation again Ian told me he would look into it and get back to me. As of today Apr 18/24 no one has contacted me no refund has been put back on my credit card as promised. and no Record Suspension done Requesting that you look into this company and requesting a refund.Provincial Pardon & Waiver Services Inc Response

The clients files were completed and the only fee in question was the 304.00 which I called and told him about it and we would look into it for him. We finished the only application he started here which was the US Waiver and he got 5 years on that and his file destruction was also completed and approved as well.Review from Stephen R

I have been going on this process for two years now. I have recently left two messages andsent two emails, with no response. I followed up several times last year and was told they were awaiting my records. When I followed up in December or so, I was advised they had my records since April ! I was sent an email which was supposed to have all my info but there was no attachement. I advised then at that time and again, no response I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. We have been working on this clients file and the reason he doesn't have his application in hand is due to the backlog in the system. The communication and lack thereof I believe he was try to reach a different rep that was no longer here, not making excuses and he should have been attended to just giving a reason why he wasn't getting his calls returned we did not stop working on his file though.Review from S. This client is at it again first off, he started his application on Nov 8th, 2021, so maybe my math is wrong but that's not even two years? He canceled his pardon then tried to get the refund doubled and claimed he never received the money back for the Pardon which he did and on that point, he canceled months after the fact, and we did not even charge him any cancelation or did we ask him for the money we had already spent as we already started so we had his fingerprints, court paperwork, and police records we paid for them. On his US Waiver we sent him the final stage to complete, and he refuses to complete it and refuses to make a personal statement and we WILL NOT submit an application we know will be refused. He has never been ignored that statement is nothing more than a lie, why wait three years to complain if we stopped responding to you? Thats odd I would have handled that differently as I'm sure he would as well so that is completely untrue, who would wait 3 years? (Real time 20 Months) We are happy to complete the waiver but if he refuses to complete the final paperwork and personal statement required, we cannot finish the application and that is his decisionReview from Mad N

My first 5 year waiver came in timely manner lots of extra fees to pay I paid them and did receive my waiver I found out the waiver was only good for five years then I asked about a permanent waiver and yes they do them but 5 years later and alot of money no permanent waivers yet then I decided the wait was getting too long so I decided to go for another 5 year waiver and was told they were done by ***** now which is fine then was told the package would be sent out to me a month ago and still waiting for them then was told she would redo the ***** and send them by ********* still waiting for the package never arrived that also costed me more money and still waiting for my permanent waiver no news on themProvincial Pardon & Waiver Services Inc Response

This client got mixed up with a staff member that was let go. While she was with our company we did get her and her friend both 5 year waivers and they were completed quite quickly She has been communicating with Brian and he has been helping her with renewing both application for her and her friend.Review from Serge T

This post is just a repost from some other fake complaints board. This client was contacted by a supervisor as his application is completed but he refuses to discuss his case **** ****** ** *********** *********** ********** ** ** ***** *** **** *** ** *** **** ***** *** *** *** ***** **** ****** ********** ** ********* **** **** ****** *** ** *** ********* *** *** * ****** *** **** ** *** **** ****** ****** ** ****** ** **** ********* ********* ** ************ **** *** ******** ***** *** * ***** ********** ****** **** **** ** ********** a rep tried to call you and you put him off another rep tried to call you said you would call back, so your claim of ghosting is untrue because at this point it is you who is ghosting. We are happy to close your account and send you your US Waiver Package and you can complete it on your own but holding your information hostage?? kind of a ridiculous claim, ***** *****@*************.org and we will be happy to return the US Waiver package and information to you. It is a completed package and if you would return our call or email back the last rep who emailed you, they can finish it or again we can package it up and mail it back to you and you can complete it on your own.Customer Response

So after I posted my complaint someone named Brian from record removal contacted me. He seems forthright and has processed my paperwork. He insists they've been trying to get ahold of me previously, though I haven't seen any calls but his. Anyway, it looks like the work is getting done now...Review from Eva M

This client called us and asked us to get her fingerprints and pictures destroyed which we did after getting it destroyed, she tried to ****** ***** *** get her money back for a Job completed I wish I could post her destruction from the Vernon RCMP but due to privacy and such I am unable to, but she knows, and we know. We do not offer refunds after the job is completed. Period. Regarding the calls she always got her call returned or answered by one of the reps here always.Review from B. S.

***** ****** *** *********** ******** *** ***** ******* **** **** *******. Kolt, who initially presented their process, sounded professional and customer service-oriented. He claimed that doing the pardon alone could be complicated and take 12-18 months, but going with them would streamline it, delivering it in 8-12 months. They would handle everything and make it easy. However, all they've provided so far is booking my fingerprints and sending me an email with the steps for applying, which I found on the government of Canada website. From here everything went down hill. Kolt began ignoring my email. and when he did respond it was vague. After I provided all the required documents, the company was supposed to obtain my court documents, but it took 18 months and I'm still unsure if they have them. They claimed I was approved to apply for a pardon, but when I called the Parole Board of Canada, they said I didn't need approval to apply and that I wasn't even in their system. Upon applying for the U.S. Waiver they then asked me for more money so they can "upload my documents to the US waiver site". I have no idea when the have done for me other than sending me 1 email with some instruction to get reference letters. I have spent $5000+ and have been waiting 2 years and we still have not even applied for anything yet. They are prompt in responding to emails and calls when it involves paying them more money, but ignore me when I ask for reports or status updates. I've asked for them to send me my documents back, no response. I am now doing the application myself. I contacted the Parole Board of Canada. They provide you with a free step by step guide * ***** * **** ***** *** ********* ** ******* *** * ****** ****************************************************************************************************************************** * and the fee is $50 to apply. This client is so completely full of non-truths. His application started in 2021 for a Record Suspension and a US Waiver. The US portion of the application delay was that the US border was closed until Nov of the same year. His rep completed the Uploading and submission for free so the Client stating that it wasn't done is a ******** ***. Please see the email excerpt from the email received by client after the upload was complete Thu, Apr 13, 1:13?PM to Record Hi Kolt, I see the docs have been uploaded. Thank you for that. What is next? Has the application been submitted yet? Thanks **** On Tue, Apr 11, 2023, 12:42 p.m. Hi Mr. ***** I need the token to log in, please. Kolt The US Border is still in fact having delays and this is an excerpt from the US website I also included the link ****** search CBP Esafe and go to the US CPB site and at the very top it shows the backlog time expectation something out of our control. Also, he received his documents back, all of them completed. This review is in bad taste from someone who asked to have all the services done and then charged back without telling anyone he charged back and now he is posting here about not receiving the service. ** ****** ****** ****** Clients are entitled to their opinion, and I believe that one hundred percent, but I also believe in calling out people not being truthful and that is this situation right here if the client allows, I could easily post the tracking number that he signed but I'm sure he doesn't want that. This is nothing more than slander as he wanted his application done quickly and we couldn't control certain aspects of world events out of our control. The above review is full of information that just isn't true the PBC doesn't say it takes a few months it says it takes up to two years again go directly to the Parole Board of Canada Website and you can view for yourself the process just their process alone takes 6 to 12 months after the collection of all your document which take time. Again, this client is telling many non-truths he says he applied for nothing in 2 years. Oddly, his waiver was uploaded and completed first nontruth second non-truth is the PBC saying you don't need to qualify please see below a direct excerpt from the government website (Odd statement in this client word you can just apply because you do need to qualify no wait times no specification on what can or cannot be pardoned? Very weird statement with zero validity to it) again ****** search Parole Board of Canada and look up record suspension eligibility you can view it their but again according to this client there is NO eligibility??? In closing we mailed back all his paperwork as he requested, we also finished his waiver on his behalf. This client should be embarrassed ***** ***** when he knows the truth. I did a charge back because you were asking for more money to upload my documents, and were not delivering results. It was only after I had to put my foot down on you people did you start doing some actual work, which was lacking to say the least. Let's go through this again: Kolt and Mina have been an absolute nightmare to work with. Constantly blowing smoke up my rear. Kolt ignored my emails for months at a time with only vague responses. On our initial phone call he said he could get me a waiver and pardon in 8-12 months, where if I tried myself it would take me 12-18. Time was important to me so I purchased their services. Over 2 years later still nothing. After 2 years Kolt said "I don't controll the courts." So, then why did you say you can do things in a specific timeframe?? I mailed them my documents to submit my waiver application, I waited 3 weeks with no response, assuming they had my documents and have already submitted the application. I finally message asking the status on the documents they said they had them and that I need to pay $500 more dollars for them to upload the files to esafe to submit the application. I had to fight them to upload. 2 weeks later they said "asking me for money to upload was a mistake" and finally uploaded them. A week later When I checked to verify, my fingerprint documents were not uploaded. **** They said they didn't upload them because they are expired!! They expired 6 months prior to this and didn't tell me about it!***** I would have known if I did this process myself and had the fingerprints sent to me. They said they are going to get them recertified. Over a month later nothing was done. I finally took things into my own hands and got my fingerprints done again on my own, they were here in 1 WEEK! I uploaded the documents and submitted my waiver application myself. **** ** ***********. I told him the site says it will take 6-12 months now for the waiver. For some reason he felt like boosting his ego and said that I don't have to wait the 6-12 months for my waiver because he already verified everything, and that I should have my waiver in the summer. Ok... Guess what kolt, still no waiver. Because it said 6-12 months! I paid $2,000 for a file destruction, all it is is a 1 paragraph letter to the RCMP and photo copies of my documents from the pardon. Here is what they did for me. Called to book my first fingerprint appointment, filled out a simple form to the court to get my documents, wrote a 4 sentence letter for a record removal, scanned and uploaded documents to esafe, and mailed my documents back after I had enough of them wasting my time. All of of this would have taken me 2 hours. All of this for $5,000 and 2 years. **** ******* ** * ***** ** ******** ******* *** **** *** ************ *** ********* ** ** *** *** **** **** ** ** ** ** **** ***** **** ** ** *** *** ***** ********. Call the parole board of Canada, they will send you everything you need for free to do your pardon and provide you with better formatted instruction than this company, it cost $50 to apply. Your rep did you did not collect your documents, your rep did you only did your fingerprints, and then you post here you can do a Pardon for 50.00 good luck with that what about courts docs? Are they FREE? What about the police records? Are they also free? What about fingerprints did the Police do those for free? What about the time put into your application FREE? We are happy to be done with your file this company completed for you not you completed it yourself and the time it took, you called and started right in the midst of everything being shut down anyways best of luck some clients will never change. Kolt works here he is not the owner way to do your research. At no time did anyone say we were the government so you're adding that for effect, enjoy your record free life thanks to us. Regarding US waiver yes call them see if they will explain everything to you not a chance ******* ***. I paid for my fingerprints twice on top of paying you. I also paid the US $700 for the waiver application on top of paying you ~$1300. I filled out most of the documents, gathered most of the documents. You filled out a form to send to the court, this form would have taken 20minutes to complete. Again your pitch was that you could get it done in 8-12 months where it would take me 12-18. If things were shut down when I started and out of your control why did you give me a time frame? Kolt even apologizes 2 years later on the phone for telling me that. Real convenient after 2 years and having my money. Mina told me if I sent my waiver documents by end of February I'd have a waiver as soon as April. I sent them mid March and because of the fingerprints expiring and waiting on your responses and dealing with you wanting more money we didn't even submit the application until june. It's august, still no waiver and I don't expect one till next year. But for some reason again kolt told me I'd have one in summer. **** ** **** *****. Blowing smoke and exaggerating, making people believe it is more work than it is, and that you can deliver result people can't get on their own. You were trying to charge me $500 to scan and upload 20 pieces of paper after I already paid you $1300. I waited over a week and he didn't do it. Finally just called myself to book it. I was in that same day. All these reviews lol 23 reviews in 13 years and thousands of applications done. We finished your application you were also told you had to attend the border for biometrics. Summer is not over! Again, I wish I could post your contract you signed but I cannot, BUT you can but I'm guessing you won't. This business gave me the worst customer service experience I could have imagined. * *** **** ** *** ****** ***** ** ***** I never received the services I paid for. They didn't pay any attention to the documents they were sent. They did not return emails or phone calls regularly. They ignored emails they didn't want to reply to. Refused to explain status of file. Had documents for several months and did nothing with them. Did not complete tasks they were paid to do. Completely disregarded emails and refused any explanations. * ***** **** ** * ******* *********** *** *** ****** *** **** **** * ******* I wish I would have seen these before wasting thousand of dollars, wasting a whole year waiting for these people, along with all the stress and disrespect from Kolt, Mina, and James. **** ******** ** **** * ***** ** **** *** **** ****** ******** ** **** **** *** They took my money and didn't follow up on anything until I asked and asked. Don't be fooled by ****** ******* ********. They all hide behind an "admin" email address, and a voicemail system. They can't speed up the process, more likely to slow it down as they don't care about you or your travel plans. I asked for a refund for the services they did not provide or a reasonable explanation for anything and was completely ignored, other than blaming the pandemic 3 years after it, which I'm not buying, based on the nature of the work required. The little bit of work they did complete was very unprofessional and I ended up re doing most of it on my own, to learn that you don't need to hire anyone to do any of it. $65 at local police station for prints, $585 USD, e-safe, nearest port of entry for waiver application. $65 at local police station for prints, $50 CAD to Parole Board for Record Suspension application. This client **** ******* started his Pardon on July 29th, 2021, with a deposit of 250.00 he did not pay his balance till Feb 10th, 2022 nearly 8 months after starting the application, at that time he also put in a deposit for his US waiver of 250.00 he did not fully pay for the US waiver till June 30, 2022. So, the delays in the application were due to a lack of funding for the application by the client Period! Mr. **** ******* makes it seem pretty simple above in his complaint let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired such as court paperwork and police records to name a few steps missing above. we mailed his completed package for the Pardon and the US waiver. Mr. **** ******* is upset but we have zero control over any government process no one does. He was disclosed everything from the beginning with two emails explaining the whole process with a cost breakdown this client expected everything to be done on a deposit of 250. It doesn't really go far in 2022. In closing his applications were both completed and done on the schedule he paid for. *** **** ********* *** ************ So, what exactly is *** **** if the client received what he paid for? No one used COVID as any excuse, he received many emails as to why his application was on hold due to him owing money pretty simple. I have taken my time personally answer this client review, we started her US Waiver in July 2022 we completed and put a waiver in her hand Jan 2023 thats less than 6 months as her rep also offered to upload her paperwork at no cost and she decided to pay someone else to upload her paperwork then complain about her Rep, odd? Her rep also always answered her calls and text I can provide copies if needed. Going the extra mile, well, I guess you can't make everyone happy. Happy travels Ms. ******** ******* on the Waiver We completed for you in under 6 months. That's what you get from an unprofessional company? Waivers take upwards of 12 months or more. She got hers in under 6 months if that's terrible I am left to wonder what is good.
