Similar to other online complaints regarding this company, we arranged for landscaping work to be done on our property, left a 50% deposit, and then found the contractor non-responsive to calls and emails and the work was never completed. Put a 50% deposit down on September 26 with Brad S. for completion of Vinyl Siding and soffit on the exterior of our home to be completed in October. Was quick to respond during the quoting period. This communication changed once the deposit was made. Has avoided my calls and is not responsive via email or text messages. At this point he has our deposit with no indication that any material has been ordered or that he will start/complete the work.
