I paid my monthly membership at this tanning salon and a week after paying the business posted on ******** they are closing at the end of December. I was fine with this as I would be able to use my monthly fee up in that time. 2 days later the business posted on ******** they would be closing immediately. I messaged the ******** page asking about a refund and they read it and did not respond. I then went to message to follow up 3 days later and the ******** page had been deleted. I then called the salon and left a voice mail and have never been contacted back.Business response

To the parties of interest.
Tan Unlimited experienced incredible hardship as a result of Covid-19. After careful consideration a planned closure was announced allowing for members to use their packages. Unfortunately, upon announcing said closure the landlord demanded immediate action be taken to remove contents of the salon on Dec1st.
Tan Unlimited has serviced the local area for 13yrs, made wonderful friendships and provided many jobs within the community.
There has been no ill intent committed to residents and customers.At this time Tan Unlimited is in infancy stage of bankruptcy.
