I was in a accident on October 11, 2021. I was informed my car was a write off and a settlement company would be calling me. I received that information on October 19, 2021 i file three claims to assureway on the 19th and only received one email from them on October 20, 2021 stating i needed to provide my information again. I did that and now it is November 9, 2021 and i have not received a call or a email to this day. I signed a contract with them on on February 24, 2021 stating that an assureway trueGAP membership entiles me to a in store dealer loyalty credit. Valued up to $50,000 in the event that i sustain a total loss due to fire, flood, vandalism, accident and/or theft. I paid $2200 on a 84month contract. My contract # is *****-XXXXXX i just want the company to honor their half of the agreement, i hope this can be resolved.Business response

Please let us know if you do not receive the correspondence and we will continue to try to reach out to you. Due to the fact that they decided to respond to my emails i agree with their response for the most part. I can assure you my phone number hasnt changed in the last four years. My phone number is the same as in the contract.
