      ****** ******* Highly overpriced. Extremely bad communication. Had asked multiple times to Abell Pest Control to please ring the door bell after appointment. *********** ‘Tech’ says, paraphrase, did not notice a motor vehicle (nearby), so presumed no one present. Sign of a mouse / mice in garage vicinity, prompts multiple phone calls to Abell Pest Control. ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** ***** *** *****

      I am the ****** President of an apartment building in **********. Abell has been servicing our building for years. We recently requested the monthly service reports to be forwarded to our new maintenance manager. We were informed that our service had been "suspended" since November, however, they were still charging us and getting paid even though we had not received any service. I ended up calling the office and requested to speak with a manager. I was told that nobody was available to talk to me. It took another three phone calls and email before someone called me back seven days after I initially contacted them. After I received an apology, I advised them that I would be cancelling the contract and requested a refund. I am still waiting on that. I further expressed my disappointment in their customer service and that it took several phone calls to finally get a return call. The manager's response to that: "Thank you for your time, good bye." ** *** *** ***** **** ********

      Hired this company to come remove a wasp nest from under the house soffit. After they leave, I found out they sprayed and didn't remove the nest from under the soffit. I called the company and said why didn't you finish the job, you didn't remove the nest, and there response was I am not a construction company. So in turn, I asked, "when a pest removal company comes and catches a racoon in a trap on my property, do you leave the racoon for me to deal with too?" Of course not, the job must be completed by removing the product (bug, rodent, etc.). When I let them know that this was never communicated to us when we hired the company, they failed to admit accountability. When I asked, not for all the money back, because they did spend money on chemical and labour and I can appreciate that, but for half the money back because the service wasn't completed, they said it was not their job and refused the refund, which by the way equivilates to 80$ return ( great job burning bridges with a customer for over 80$ by the way- of which you did not earn *********). Now you have a completely upset customer because you are unable to complete a full job as a pest removal company and unable to see the ******* issue for what it is and now others along with the BBB, will hear about the service you really do provide. Transparency is everything in business, learn from your mistakes, **** ***** ***** and do better because you should want to be better.

      We paid over $600 for a whole home protection program. The first spray was completed no problem. But now trying to get a follow up spray is literally impossible. I've called 4 times and everyone has promised I would get a call back. Next time I will be going with ***** because the customer service at Abell is absolutely ridiculous and a huge waste of money.
