I hired Kippen Cares for Dog training for my 2 dogs. We hired this company with the understanding that they would be in the home (our home) training sessions (August 2022). After purchasing 20 sessions for both dogs ($1200), the owner and trainer suggested that we do a few of the sessions at the daycare so they can be exposed to other dogs. We did tell her at that time we wouldn't be able to bring them down all the time due to our schedules. She stated that they could pick up our dogs for their "daycare days" without telling us it is a $25 charge for this additional service. We did our best to get the dogs down there but were not able to be consistent and the issues at home still persisted (mid-Sept 2022). After the first 4 sessions when I would ask what they worked on her response would be that she had a lot of dogs that day and didn't get to the training that she would have liked and started to try and sell me additional sessions. ****** ******** *** *** * *** ** ********** *** *** ***** ******** **** *** *** ** **** **** *** ******** ***** *** *** **** **** ******* ***** *** ***** ** *** *** ***** *** ******* *** **** ** ******** **** ** ****** *** ********* *** ******** ** ** *** ***** * ******* *** *** **** *** *** ****** ** *** ** ******** *** **** ** ***** With 8 sessions left (October 2021), I requested that our remaining sessions were completed in our home as originally intended. She said she would schedule it within the next month. I reached out to her consistently to schedule the sessions and she either pushed me off saying she would "I don't have openings" or * *** **** ******* **** ****** ****** I will get back to you" or "My staff is off". After 4 months of being pushed off, (Jan 2023) I started to request a refund on the sessions remaining. Where she repeatedly told me she would get "back to me soon" and " will deal with this when she has time". All I am asking is the amount I am owed for the sessions she was not able to fulfill.
