Spoke to receptionist to book an appt beginning of April. Told her I need to see the dr and to get a B12 injection. I called April 24 to confirm and I dont have a drs appt, I have appt with medical tech for B12 shot only. This is the 2nd time this receptionists had messed up my appointments. Now, I have this appt but cant see my Dr unless I literally beg the medical technician to see if I can **** into someone elses time. What a shame, she obviously doesnt understand what she is doing booking the appts, she should do something other then dealing with customers. Her English is broken and poor. Im completely fed up with the service I receive in order to see my doctor. ThanksReview from Mishelle B

**************** is 1 out 5 for Communication You would have to get to the clinic to confirm the actual open hours for walk in regardless if you have a family doctor there or not. The information provided online https://www.medteam.ca/ and via the automated call answering machine is incorrect and misleading. While waiting for the clinic to reopen I saw at least 6 unhappy customers who were disappointed and walked away because walk in was paused during the day when it said it was open online. That was disappointing as people had to drive long distance and no contact is provided to contact via phone to confirm the open hrs.The receptionists provided correct information when speaking in person. This complaint is about a failure to provide accurate information to people planning their trip to clinic and if they can *************** as a walk in patient on the day they are seeking medical attention.
