I must say, I'm very surprised at some of the complaints I see here, as everything I received from House of Names was of superior quality and I could not be any happier at the service they gave me, and having a ministry in my Church I require quality apparel and quality in all other items that show my family Crest of ancient nobility, so I'm very picky when it come to buying and showing things that are representative of my family name and my ministry and everything that the House of Names provided for me, from their causal apparel to everyday items that carried my family Crest, could not have made me happier. I guess the old saying is true, you just can't please some people. This is my first contact with and my first order from the House of Names, and I'm very grateful to them for the work they do and the quality of the items they provide. So anyone reading this should feel safe in ordering from them, you'll be glad that you did.

We are sorry you feel that way and do not understand why you feel we do not keep our word. We see that you placed an order for the large frame for the surname and Coat of Arms for ******** on April 29th. The order shipped via *** on on April 30th and was delivered to you on May 3rd. It seems you were not happy with the history for the name and our research department looked into it. On May 23rd and Jun 5th customer service sent an email to you indicating that from our references there was an association with the history we sent to you. However they could not find enough information on the spelling you requested to fulfil a complete history. It was asked in both emails to send the frame back in the most economical way for a refund as we could not provide you the information you wanted. On June 20th a refund was issued to your credit card in full.

I received my very 1st order from House of Names today, via **** I had purchased quite a selection of products, under 2 different surnames, for myself and family members. I was impressed by the quality of the items. The only concern I would like to bring forward is that the print on some of the items is rather small. I have average vision, and I realize these are novelty items, but having a larger print would have been beneficial. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase, and will order from this company again.

Some old family European names were difficult to find, and ********* and her team researched country flags for some of my family names. The double crests with spouse and nephew/niece were beautiful, authentic and truly treasures of art. I presented the crests at Christmas and the gift was met with tears, and emotion for each family. House of Names will be my new place to order family crests for weddings, anniversaries and very special celebrations. Buyers Beware. The coffee mugs I received were poor quality and not what I wanted. I paid $55.00 for four mugs. *** does not pay for SAH. Postal service wanted $43 to ship, and an $83-$100 for international fees. So, I am being forced to keep unwanted items.
