      My name ****** ***** and I am contacting you regarding a refund that was never received from Hear Gift for a pair of hearing devices. On June 6th, 2023, my mother, **** *****, and I made a purchase in the amount of $313.49 for these devices and they were received on June 29, 2023. The devices did not work and were returned on July 10, 2023, as per instructions from Hear Gift. All requirements from the company were met and we were fully expecting the credit. After some time passed, we exchanged several emails with the company and were issued an apology for the delay and that the refund would be issued on August 23, 2023. In addition to not receiving the refund, the company has made no further contact with us via email or phone. Both my mother and I have sent multiple emails since then and made multiple phone calls. My last correspondence with them was this morning in which I attempted to contact them by phone and also initiated the chat feature on their website. I would appreciate any help and advice you could give us on this matter. I would be happy to forward any correspondence necessary to assist you.       Hear gift offered a trial period with money back if not satisfied. I received a pair and they weren't comfortable so immediately sent them back per their instructions. Never got my refund and they won't return my calls or answer my emails. I'm at a loss on what to do next.

      I purchased a set of ** Hearing Aids from HearGift on 05/30/2022. After trying them for 2 weeks they just didn't work for me. I contacted HearGift on 6/26/2022 requesting a return authorization and refund. On 06/27/2022 they sent me a Return Authorization showing that I was requesting a refund. As per their instructions I mailed the hearing aids along with the return authorization to them on 06/30/2022. I followed **** tracking and it showed the package was delivered in CANADA at 2:11 pm on July 18, 2022. I never heard from HearGift on receiving the package so I followed up with a email on the 07/22 regarding delivery. They stated "the package has not yet arrived. But the package was delivered to the border hence it was delivered in CANADA at 2:11 pm on July 18, 2022. We will probably receive it next week. Once received and checked Logistics will advise Accounting and then they will process the refund. The process will take anywhere around 10 to 15 BD. Once the refund has been processed and released you will receive an email to notify you". I replied with Tracking states: 18 Jul 2022 14:11 Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox *********, ON, Canada. I contacted them again on 08/03 requesting the status of my refund. They again stated Thanks for reaching out. It normally takes anywhere from 15 to 20 Business days to process the refund. Once done we will send you a notification via email. The refund process was started some time last week. I contacted them again on 08/23 informing them that it has now been 23 business days since the refund process was started and I have yet to receive it! This (original) email stated 15-20 business days! I apologize for this delay as we are not aware that you have not yet received a refund.We have been short-staffed due to the pandemic as a big number of our staff has been out sick but I will follow up with accounting. As of today (09/20) I still haven't received my refund!

      On December 30, 2021 I purchased a pair of hearing aids from HearGift. They came with a 60 unconditional guarantee. It states very clearly that if you are unhappy for any reason the aids could be returned to them for a full refund. I paid $342 for these aids. 30 days after receiving them and giving them a fair try I was unhappy and contacted the company. They assured me all I had to do was return them and I would receive a full refund. I returned the aids on Feb, 4th, 2022. I waited until March 12 and contacted them that I had not received my credit. I was informed by email they were working on it and it would be issued soon. March 22nd still nothing emailed them again. Response was they would put in an urgent request and they were processing it and I would have it in 7 days. April 11th still nothing sent another email and reply said I would have it as soon as the accounting manager gets back. Phone call April 12 and left message. No reply. April 15th I called again and April 18th another phone call and left message. No response. Emailed again April 19 and nothing. ************************************************************************* Their product does not work and they will not stand behind it.

      Order hearing aids 12/23/2021 on 1/7/22 received an email saying they are almost here. Recieved them approximately a week later tried them out but they were too big *****************. Emailed heargift and they told me to download return document and send them back for a refund. We sent them out 1/26/22 first class w/ tracking #. They received then on 2/4/22. On2/07/22 thru email they said it would take 5 to 7 business days to process. On 2/10/22 received email accounting received request for refund, I was told we would get an email confirmation for reimbursement by the end of the week or early next week at the latest. I have been going back and forth with emails and they keep saying they are sorry and they will fix it as soon as possible. They will not return my calls and now they are not responding to emails. I just want ********* reimbursed ********************************************************

      HearGift sent me the return address to return a pair of ** hearing aids and sent them back. I emailed that they received the aids November 16,2021 and like my refund. Sabrina K from HearGift customer service emailed me back November 19, 2021. It was delivered you can see that it was delivered to Canada. This means the return was to the Canada border and that was the end tracking process from ****. As per our return tracker we have not yet received the package in our warehouse as of yet. I sent an inquiry to Logistics and I will await their update. See attached Documents. As you can clearly see went thru customs, border, Post Office, went out for delivery, and delivered. **********************************
