Fantastic Deck!!! This is the third deck Chris has done for our family over the last few years. I would highly recommend them. The design process was eye opening as Chris noted certain things that my Dad needed based on his usage of the deck and also the current standards vs the builder deck from 30 years ago. May thanks to **** and team who did an awesome job!!!

Ive worked with Chris and the guys for almost five years and I met them at the ******************. I was immediately struck by their professionalism and dedication to their craft. I wanted Chris to design the landscaping of our dream home for the new show I was launching, I could not think of a finer person to accomplish such a daunting task.I refer Chris to all my friends and family whenever the conversation of pools or landscape design comes up. I can only say AWESOME! Chris and his crew were awesome, From the first contact with Chris, he was very receptive and answered all my questions. Without a doubt, he knows exactly what he is talking about, It seems that he can see the images in your mind, he and his team simply built the terrace of my dreams, chris came personally to create my design, I can't believe the next day I had 10 men working on my house, extremely fast friendly and super careful with details, the one landscape team know what they are doing, they worked so fast that in just two days I had a beautiful terrace adorned with a fabulous and high quality interlock, I have no words to thank chris and his crew, my family is very happy with the work of these guys, I really tell you, THEY ARE THE BEST! thank you thank you thank you, I will definitely call One landscape again in my next ********************

Chris installed a concrete driveway for us in ************ June 2021. After that first winter there was a hairline cracks across full 20 ft width. After the second winter we noticed a lot of spalling (many 1" dia round holes) where the road snowplow dumped sand and salt. Looking at many concrete driveways in the area I can find no others with such long cracks and zero with spalling. At the start, Chris was wonderful, nice to deal with. BUT, after he got the full payment of cash, he wanted nothing to do with us. Basically he says "these are the are the unfortunate things with concrete, and he does not have the ability to repair". At the very least you would think he could come and look at it. I would now never recommend One Landscape or Chris, the owner to anyone.*******************, Peterborough.

****,I have read your review and would like to respond professionally with all due respect.We have had a tremendous business/client relationship to date and good lines of communication at every point of contact or you reaching out to our firm - generally providing a response to you within 24 hours.Im response to your concerns; and the placement of the city snow plow piling snow in this portion of your driveway - containing salt and sand- we cannot warranty the concrete in this situation.Salt and sand winter mix with adversely impact both concrete, pavers and asphalt if this mix is used on hardscaped surfaces over short and or long term periods.Their is no topical solution for concrete repair in this situation; we suggest speaking with the city and having new placement of snow and salt piling over the next ******* ahead.We apologize that this has happened and appreciate your concerns to keep your property is good standing - however we cannot warranty concrete where salt and sand is applied by city snow plow on regular basis..We have equal concern as you; but cannot warranty or guarantee the future of the concrete in this situation.Thank you,Chris McCarthy One landscape design build **********

Contacted Chris for a quote and timeline for spring to do permanent front step to replace builder temporary step. He came right away gave a quote and they did the job quickly and professionally in one day in January. Beautiful, clean job and at the price quoted. We recommend this company to anyone.
