I have an **** system with a furnace, and Ive noticed a crack near the furnace. When I use the air conditioning, water leaks from this area. *** tried to contact the **** service company for a week to fix the issue, but I havent received any response. The leak is becoming more concerning, and Im worried about potential damage to my home and the efficiency of my **** system.Initial Complaint

Jan 20, 2020 - We purchased a furnace & with 10 yr registered warranty from Casi Air & Water. & humidifier. $5,500. Took 1 week for installer to diagnose a problem to get the furnace running. Pd for 21 pt inspection $179. Later we added a hepa filter system $479. - for total of $6,158. Nov 27,2023 We had a Heat Pump installed by another company who discovered the ******************** were not installed to code. The furnace's 1st and 2nd stages were "jump wired" causing it to run only in 2nd stage, which was running rich for the last 4 yrs resulting in excessively high gas bills. A Red Tag was applied for multiple wiring infractions & venting violations., to be corrected in specified time frame. ************************** were to notify Casi. Nov 28/23- We called **** at Casi who was rude, belligerent, yelling, made it personal with personal slurs to us; and hung up on us. Dec 29/23 no reply yet from Casi to schedule technician to correct infractions. After several ************* to **** to remind them of time restriction, a Gas technician did come on Jan 9/24 to correct the infractions. He completed back of *********** and took with him to send to ********. Issues with the furnace continued. Condensation pump failed. Furnace stopped running & left us with no heat. We had the gas tech who applied *********** come back to inspect Casi repairs. Jan 18/24 He advised us the infraction repairs by Casi were still not to code.Blown fuse in furnace replaced. We ordered a new furnace from his company. Jan 23/24 -Existing furnace and all components from Casi removed, and new furnace installed. I have received 3 notices from ************ that the repair report has not yet been received, with warning that gas will be shut off if not received. Jan 26/24 Enbridge notified me they have closed out the order. We are hoping you can facilitate some compensation for a 4 yr old furnace that failed due ti installation errors; and a 10 yr warranty voided due to installation error.Initial Complaint

A water softener was installed early 2023 the installer did a terrible job kinked and damaged hoses were installed so when the water tube eventually split and was spraying water against the electrical outlet causing the plug of the water softener to over heat so bad it melted and fell out of the socket leaving the pins from the plug still inside the socket and they were still live i had to call an electrician to resolve the electrical outlet and a plummber to fix the leak from this unti. I have called now at least 4 times asking for resolution to no avail the last comment was they were discussing this with the manufacturer and they may need to come out to investigate In the mean time we have no softener operational so we suffer while they shirk their responsability ignoring the fact that it is under warranty so it should have been replaced immediately full stop this could have went a lot worse for this company if a fire had broken out caused by their installation of their unt
