I ordered 2 sets of dumbbells from London Shop Independent Preorder Specialist, ***************, and paid $81 on Invoice ******** on June 10, 2021. I reached out to ***** multiple times via Messenger to notify her that I was still waiting on the items, and was told that I had to contact ******** ******** and she could not reimburse me since the product had been shipped. I emailed ******** ******** 8 times, with only one response back on Sept 28, informing me that one of my packages had cleared customs on July 23, 2021, but they were waiting on the 2nd. Assigned ticket number ********. I have emailed repeatedly over the last 8 months, quoting this Ticket Number, to request to at least pick up the one package, again with no further response. I emailed London Shop in London, Ontario (their name and London, Ontario address was on my invoice) to be told they were NOT affilitated with London Shop USA (despite having same logo and being the letterhead on my invoice). I have now emailed and messaged London Shop USA, again with no response. I tried reporting through ****, but because the purchase exceeded 120 days, they could not be of help. I would just like my $81 reimbursed, and these businesses and individuals flagged, so other individuals don't have the same experience as I do. Thank you.
